Staff was excellent, Anne from Osborne Park provided us with fantastic service. So satisfied, so happy with my King experience. Can't wait to purchase more products and experience the fabulous King Living service again.

We bought a pair of recliner chairs from Rebecca. She was extremely helpful whist we were in the store.
What was outstanding was that she followed up on the sale and service of the sale on her days off!
We got text messages from her on her day off to reassure us that she will follow up on a service call.

Excellent choice of good quality furniture. We live in the UK and are furnishing a complete house in WA. We're working with Rebecca who keeps in touch regularly via emails when we're home and couldn't be more helpful when we're back in store, giving samples of upholstery, product information etc. Thank you Rebecca. Alicja was very helpful and very well informed. It was also good to talk to another person in the store who had interior design experience when choosing our fabric and wooden arms. She also pointed us in the direction of purchasing our couch from one which was made for Christmas which was available in Perth which was exactly what we were ordering. Lucky as there is a 14 week wait. We did order an ottoman and cushions as well - which won't come for 14 weeks. That would be my only criticism is the wait time for the furniture - but in saying that they did loan us an ottoman. Would definitely return for another sofa purchase in the future.

Alicja was very helpful and explained in detail all the advantages of buying a King Living sofa with a very gentle persuasion. Highly recommended and will definitely shop there again.

I received exceptional service from Rebecca M last night over the phone.
My partner is overseas atm so to liaise in purchases can be difficult with time zones.
Rebecca gave me verbal information, followed up with pricing and product codes on an electronic invoice via email and also forwarded photography of floor stock.today she followed up with a courtesy call.
I purchased several items from King today.

Very friendly and helpful service from Alicja to help choose several items and explain all the differences and options. Will definitely shop there again soon in the future when we need more furniture

We are extremely happy with out new jasper purchase, the sales assistant Lesley was very thorough in explaining the functionality of how the Lounge can be assembled and positioning, she was patient and friendly making my husband and I feel comfortable, I am very happy and excited and can't wait for it to arrive

Thanks to Lesley for her fabulous service ordering extra back rests for us. Impeccable service as always. Lesley knew our order verified the colour and have an approximate delivery date in a few minutes.

Walked into your store by mistake (looking for Plush next door). Lesley's knowledge of the product, her professionalism, her attitude towards us was excellent. WE have not received our product as yet but have received instructions on how to assemble it. I would not hesitate to return to your store for any future purchase. You should be proud of your staff they are trained very well. Thank you.

I brought two new sofa's and an ottoman from King Living in Osborne Park. The purchase experience was great and we were well looked after. The wait for the furniture was long but well worth the wait. We had one issue with one of the Sofa's which was quickly resolved. We love the sofa's and they get a great deal of use. The best sofa furniture by far, modern and aesthetically pleasing.

Fabulous showroom that looks like the online showroom. I already knew the product as have had a King Living couch for 10 yrs. Great service and still an amazing product!!

After going to several different furniture stores and thinking we'd made our decision, we stumbled upon King Living and their noticeable superior product and that was it, we weren't going anywhere else. We had the pleasure of being served by Lesley, who was very informative, helpful and patient with us, she showed us all the different layout options, made sure we got the best deal for what we were wanting. We can't wait for our lounge suite to arrive and play around with the layout options. It's great to know that if we happen to move house that the lounge will be able to be configured to the new room/house, which is always an issue if your room is too big or too small etc.
