Amazing collection and the staff Zainab was fantastic at helping us through the selection and decision process. Highly recommend the Springvale store. Zainab was also very patient and was one of two staff, and managed off the store on a busy day.

Koala Living Springvale (Inside IKEA) has the most fantastic furniture and accessories. The staff are so friendly and the service is excellent! My son and daughter-in-law have bought so many items from here for their first home! Highly recommended for young people.

Great furniture store with lots of unique pieces
I've been looking for a sofa for the longest time and the range here is amazing. The price point is also great.
The sofa I ended up getting was half the price of a very similar sofa from Nick Scali but the quality feels very similar.
The other great part is that they will price match if the price drops before delivery.

I have purchased the Genevieve black dining table on August 9th because the store said that it will arrive by early November, and I wanted it by Christmas so I ordered it with enough time left. It is December and it still hasn't arrived, and I called the store and they are now saying that it...Read more
will arrive in January. If the table was not going to arrive by Christmas, I would not have ordered this table. I cannot believe that you would let an order get delayed this much without notice. I visited the Springvale store to ask about this situation and they say to call the company, and the company is also saying that they cannot do anything about it and I am so disappointed.
