At Koala and Tree we had some difficulties with the delivery, but the staff were very supportive and organised us a last minute delivery with no issues whatsoever.
Very happy with this service.

The worse company to deal with.
Bought lounge July 2017 sunk 2 months later was told wrong foam put in swapped couch 6 months later lounge sunk again was picked up again to replace foam. When couch sent back the foam was not replaced and now you cannot sit on couch as foam had melted.
They are now saying go to Consumer Affairs as they will no longer be helping me.
They have wiped their hands with me.
Customer Service is a joke.
Their ticket numbers is also a joke.
Please everyone thinking of buying anything from them, think again.
My conclusion is if you want customers to re buy from you make sure their first purchase is dealt with correctly.

Very Very Dissapppinted

We placed an order for a wall clock at Koala living at Springvale.When we purchased the item the staff told us that we are covered with any price drop for 30 days .the item was reduced by $39 dollars and we tried to contact them over the phone for the last 8 days multiple times using the number they given on the invoice and google .Nobody answering the phone..left voice messages no reply..sent email to the address given on invoice and to one we found from product review .no reply at all..what do you call this as a customer service?? I am worried about after my purchase as if something happens post purchase there is no way we could contact them..
