Quality is great
We bought the Romeo sofa and the zadar bar stool months ago and were loving it, quality is great, very stylish.. We are getting a lot of compliments from friends who visits our home. We always come back to Springvale branch as customer service is always excellent, friendly and attentive.

Great service and furniture
Very good service, easy to deal with customer reps. All furniture is modern and of quality. Found everything I needed, good colours and lots of variety.

Wilderness Painting is beautiful
I bought this huge painting. It is very beautiful and classy! Easy to install/hang on the wall. Quality is really good. I did not have any problem with delivery. Its such a breeze!

Terrible management policies, questionable 5 star reviews by questionable reviewers.
Firstly, these reviewers posting 5-star reviews are obviously fake imposters. They all signed up at the same time, posted 1 positive review each of various stores, and have 1 review each to their name. This is just the start of their shady business policies and models.
Un-Australian store policies and will openly breach Australian Consumer Law guarantees such as reasonable timeframes for delivery of goods without an option for refund.
Koala Living's prices are always artificially inflated to be dropped down to at least 50% off.
