This is our first time building a home and we had heard from so many people how tough the process can be. Although we are still in the initial stages of planning, the journey so far has been very cruisy and contrary to what we had heard about how difficult the building process can be. All the consultants has been very quick to respond and kind in answering the million questions we had, and so far we feel adequately informed and prepared for the next stages of our planning process.

We were made welcome from our first visit at Kurmond Homes, Emerald hills by Sales Team. Christine was were very accommodative in changes suggested by us. Team has been very helpful in making right changes and her suggestions to changes have been excellent. Team has made every effort to make sure that the price range remained the same as was given in initial quotation while accomodating our needs. Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism shown by the team. We are in selection stage now and hoping to start the build soon.

We are at pre-construction stage and have been very happy with the customer service with Kurmond homes, so far. Any changes that we wanted to make was never a problem for Christine, she was always very pleasant to deal with. We are looking forward to the next stage of the build. We would definitely recommend building with Kurmond homes.

The sales team at Kurmond Homes have been so helpful and supportive especially Christine. The range of house designs meant that we easily found a home that suits our needs. Their display homes were of a very high standard and were presented beautifully. What really impressed us were the inclusion in the build that were standard.

Kurmond homes had the design and quality I was looking for. I had a small and narrow land so I had specific criteria. I spent weeks visiting other homes and meeting builders until I decided to go ahead with Kurmond homes.

Our overall experience so far with Kurmond has been great. The planning stage took a bit of time with some slow responses at the start but since we have come into construction our site supervisor Phil.H has been amazing. Also Jess.R in the planning stage really went beyond for us and always gave an answer straight away. We have had no trouble with Kurmond's customer service and the value of their homes compared to others is great. Great value, exceptional customer service, theres nothing more I could ask for. The whole team came together and really are delivering the perfect house for us.

We first went with Kurmond in 2014 (Blue Mountains Council build) after having built with Mirvac, Westminster Homes and Allworth. I would say that Kurmond have been more flexible than the other builders in terms of ability to change the plans and not incur major revision costs. That are more than just a 'cookie cutter' builder and think outside the square. Any building process is daunting and involves Council and certifying authorities which can throw up delays. Our overall experience has been very good, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. We are currently in pre-construction for our second build with Kurmond (also Blue Mountains Council) and the process has been progressing well.

Kurmond homes have just finished building 2 homes for us. We have been very happy with all aspects of the build. The initial paperwork was abit slow but once the builds started they were both finished within an 8 month time frame. The site supervisor was exceptional, he knew what was going on with the houses all the time. We were also kept updated weekly by the site supervisor. All the office staff were exceptional to deal with always very accommodating and friendly. The quality of the builds have been very good. Kurmond are definitely one of the most pleasant project home builders we have dealt with.
