The whole process with lounge lovers has been very easy, especially when dealing with the stress of moving into a new apartment. The delivery was on time and very well assembled. If you were to assemble the pieces yourself it looks very straight forward. I will definitely be returning to lounge lovers for more furniture!

Quality furniture that can be effortlessly delivered in short timeframes. Previous experience of buying furniture often meant a long wait for an order to be fulfilled.
With loungelovers, I shopped online and had couches delivered within two days. The product is excellent, very high quality and well constructed. The phone service was efficient and very helpful, with all my questions.

Very good first experience with LL. Ordering was easy in store, and delivery was extremely fuss free. They offered real time tracking of the delivery, so we knew just when it would arrive.

Had to do minor assembly but the items were basically 90% assembled before delivery. Will happily shop here again.

From the moment I purchased my new sofa, I was amazed at the level of communication I received with respect to delivery. I was most impressed with the day of delivery being able to track the item in real time. The delivery drivers were also very obliging having to navigate a flight of stairs. I certainly wouldn't have any hesitation buying from them again.

Initially, less than i impressed with the store customer service. However the delivery team really stepped up with useful information and were only too happy to assist and return to assemble the lounge.

The person in the store was very helpful and obliging when we asked to “try “ all the different sofa beds .
Once we chose ours, delivery was organised and we were kept informed with texts as to its progress until it arrive between the hours promised .
