Have purchased 3 mattresses from here in as many years and we could not be more thrilled. We had amazing service from staff who really knew their stuff. We were also sold pillows which we were properly fitted for and absolutely love. I would recommend this place in a heart beat and hope they are around for a long time. Love to recommend quality products & great service so also recommended to friends and family who purchased & are also very happy.

Purchased our mattress in store, selection process was very efficient and informative, able to make a decision on the spot after sampling about 9 different mattresses. Lee was great. We have been customers of this store for many years (mainly for pillows) and would highly recommend them for service and quality products.

After 5 years of sleeping in pain, I decided to change my mattress. I walked in to the store and Steve made it so easy for me to make the right decision on what mattress to get. My life changed straight away. The first night I slept like a baby. This is the best mattress I ever had.

I'm really happy with the bed I bought. Its well made, very reasonably priced and all round was delivered with great customer service.
I was very skeptical about not getting a really well known brand such as Sealy, however head to head this mattress really stood way above anything vaguely comparable by Sealy.

Without a doubt I would look here again for another new mattress.

Many thanks to Amanda for her assistance with our selection of a Body in Balance Mattress. She asked a lot of questions to get a clear understanding of what we were looking for, and patiently watched as we tried several mattresses and pillows, prompting more queries from her. When the mattress and base arrived at our home and was too high for the bed, Amanda was very accommodating in expediting replacement of the base with one half the height. Deliveries to us were within agreed timeframes.

Not only did we receive the most comfortable mattress and pillows, but best quality service from Martin and Lee!! Above and beyond!!

I am so wrapped by the purchase of the Flexi Pillow Gel Contour pillow i ordered online,
I used the online pillow selector which was great and I am now sleeping so well, and its literally cool.
No more sore neck in the morning

Should have read the reviews prior to entering store.
I clearly disturbed the tall blonde ladies lunch break as she was abrupt, aggressive, rude, insulting to what I was wearing and would have sold me anything to get me out of there. I should not have give my money but I just wanted a quality pillow. The pillow is not great and I would have taken the pillow back as I was told of a refund within 14 days however it's NOT a refund but a store credit. Waste of time and waste of money.

One of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had. The salesman was so egar to get my money he highly suggested i didnt take a mattress beacuse my spine was not aligned and 10min later he tried selling me the mattress he told me that was no good for me. There website stated the mattress was $1000 with $9.95 delivery fee instore the cost of the mattress was $3000+ plus a $66 delivery fee. Waste of an hour to get their only to be fed absolute dribble

I didn't expect to have to fill in a questionnaire when it came to buying a bed, but Amanda at Mattress & Pillow Science asked me a whole lot of questions about what I was looking for in a new mattress, about my aches and pains, and how I sleep (side, back, etc.). Then she analysed my answers – which she had written down on the questionnaire and suggested a firm mattress would be right for me. I was pleasantly surprised, and thought I shouldn't buy the first mattress I tried. After trying several others, I settled on a Body In Balance firm, the one Amanda suggested, and the first one I tried! Base and mattress were delivered within three days, and I'm really happy with my purchase.

Thanks to Steven and his team at the Caulfield store for helping us choose a mattress that has been a dream to sleep on - the pillows recommended for us are also fantastic. Great advice, service and same day delivery gave us the best nights sleep we have had in years and we can't believe what a difference it has made to our shoulder and back issues. After shopping around for several weeks we felt that Mattress and Pillow Science offered a very professional service, competitive prices and a great range of mattresses and pillows to choose from.

Terrible customer service at the Caulfield store today on the 14th November at 4:00pm from a sales assistant who was very snobby and was too busy talking to another customer about her husband being a dentist. She walked away half way through asking a question about whether the pillow was too soft or hard and seemed to not know any information about pillows even though the store is named Pillow Science. There is no Science in these pillows and no labelled prices on any products either. Extremely bad customer service and I would recommend people to go elsewhere for professional service where you will get a sales assistant that actually knows information about buying pillows.

We were recommended by friends of ours that purchased a mattress from Mattress and Pillow Science.
We spent over an hour at the store in Caulfield and the consultant explained everything. It's the only store where the sales person took notes. It was refreshing and professional. The bed was delivered the same day. It took us a week to get used to it, BUT now its like sleeping in a 5 star hotel - thanks to Lee at the store.

We were suggested a pillow in seconds with no thorough review. We ended up much sorer than before. They say if you're not happy you can come back, when you do come back though they say you can't get a refund even if you've used a pillow protector - but of course they'll offer you an exchange :( but if you don't like any of the other pillows than too bad. They don't tell you any of this during the first transaction. It's all about a quick sale and locking in your money so can't get it back. Dissapointing from a so called expert store.
