The sales people know their stuff. Really helped us get the right bed and pillow combo. Was delivered to us the very next day. Couldn't be happier

I was really amazed at the level of attention and mattress knowledge we got there when trying to select a new mattress. At no stage did my husband and I feel we were pushed into a sale and we are now sleeping on the best mattress we've had in 42 years of marriage! The pillows we got with our mattress have also been fantastic. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a comfortable bed.

Not only did we buy two pillows but a mattress as well. The mattress is absolutely hopeless. We tried contacting the store and were told we will receive a call back, still waiting months later, with a sore back and sleepless nights. Bad customer service. They were eager to receive their money, but don't want to know us now. The warranty means nothing to them. We asked for a firm mattress and it has become soft in a matter of months. Gerry disappointed.

Doctor sent me to these guys for a new mattress as I was getting a back ache from the one I had. Bought a new one for $900. Back is good and I am sleeping like a baby and wife doesnt hassle me because its one of those no partner disturbance jobs.

Unfortunately my dog inists on sleeping on the thing.

I saw a mattress and pillow science advert on TV which said they would fit me for the right pillow. I spend 25 minutes being fitted out at their Moonee Ponds store. I have slept on the pillow for 2 weeks and its amazing. My hubby went and got one and he needed a softer pillow so they changed it for him. The service I got was as good as the product
Comfortable and service was great and price was reasonable

My physio sent me to the pillow shop because I have been suffering from arthritis in my neck. I am also going through menopause at the moment.
We tried about 5 pillows, I got a bit confused but after about 15 mins they got it right.

I bought a contour gel pillow that also helps with my hot flushes too

Don't bother. They just give you their most popular pillow for your frame, no scientific review at all! Waste of money.

Not comfortable, I have tried two pillows now from pillow science. Still wake up more sore than before buying it! Not happy. Customer service lacking, the give you a pillow in 5-10 mins. The assistant didn't even look at my back!
