I signed contract in December 2022. It is now May 2020 and still no Council application. I have done my best to try and push the start process with Metricon without success. The staff function like public servants. Apart from consultant who does his best to try and help I can not find any reason why the build has not commenced.

My site manager was managed by [name removed]. All I can say is wow! He is mega efficient, knowledgeable, resourceful and knew his stuff!. Whenever I rang he knew who I was and where I was up to with my build. Could not have done this without him! Thanks [name removed]

From our first meeting with our sales person to hand over we have been so happy with the process. This is our first home so we were super in-experienced, Metricon helped us through out the whole build. Their staff are always happy to answer questions and go out of their way to help. We have every intention of building investment homes in the coming years and very safe to say we will be using Metricon.

Our new Metricon house build 703672 has just started and we have very high praise for the sales [name removed] and pre-construction [name removed] people. They were very informative, very accomodating with our wishes, incredibly helpful and friendly, also patient. We cannot imagine how they could have done a better job. Happy to recommend their Robina office to anyone interested in building a home. Thanks very much!

Four years after the completion of our Metricon home we were hit by a massive storm earlier this year which resulted in water leaking into our main bedroom. Metricon quickly sent [name removed] to assess and finalise repairs. [name removed] was both professional and courteous and demonstrates the reason why we have twice chosen to build with Metricon. Metricon gives great after sales warranty service!

We commenced our first home build at the end of August 2022 and it was completed by the first week of December 2022 - just in time for us to move in before Christmas! We built the Erickson 24 through Metricon, and were put in touch with our Site Manager, [name removed]. [name removed] made the entire build process very easy for us. He gave us accurate weekly progress updates and was quick to respond to any queries we had. We'd definitely look at building through Metricon again as we've been very happy with the entire process and we love our new home!

This is our first time building with Metricon QLD, this is also our 6th build. Metricon has been the most enjoyable build so far, due mostly to our supervisor [name removed] & [name removed] our Selection Coordinator. We believe a company is only as good as the people on the ground and with staff such as [name removed] & [name removed] the entire process was seamless. Metricon would be our chosen builder should we have the opportunity to build again. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you [name removed]. Thank you.

We signed to build with Metricon January 2022. We signed contract and paid deposits on 18/12/2019. 3 months later still no build start in sight. The story changes from day to day why cannot start build. Just unreasonable demands of obligations and more unreasonable money spending to prepare site. This is all happening in the midst of the corona crisis. They are not flexible or willing to work with clients in any way!

We found the whole process very easy from the get go. [name removed] was great to deal with and the lines of communication were always open; any questions we had we answered quickly and in detail. We are looking forward to seeing the end product and moving onto the next project!

I am very satisfied with Metricon from pre construction phase to now. They have excellent team and helped me through all of the queries. I am at mid construction phase and I am getting best support from Metricon team. Construction site works is really getting well on schedule and feels good to see my dream home come true.

From first contact with M at the display home, to completion and handover with our site manager D, we were highly satisfied. They guided us through the process, accommodated some variations to realise the home we had envisaged. Close attention to even minor details by our site manager ensured the quality of the finished build and we couldn’t be happier.

The whole process was managed beautifully. Sales rep [name removed] did a great job all along the way, making sure every little/big item attended perfectly at all times.
