Brilliant After Sales Service!
I built with Metricon 4 years ago. I rang them after-hours and left a message asking if it would be possible to get a copy of some documents. I was expecting to have to chase them for it as they don't get paid to do this, and in my experience things like this are always an effort. The next morning Michelle Santavec called to say that she had tracked down the documents and had already e-mailed them to me! Metricon go over and above with their service. have nothing negative to say about my building experience at any stage of the journey with Metricon. There are so many horror stories out there, but my home building experience with Metricon has been an absolute pleasure every step of the way.

Exceeded expectations!
We were absolutely blown away our house went up and finished within under 4months!! Everything went smoothly our site manager was great kept us informed the whole way through. At completion we could only pick small defects which wasn't many at all! Couldn't be happier would build with Metricon again.
