I recently had my Samsung s4 screen replaced at the world square store. Since then I have had no signal so I took the phone to a different repair shop who advised that the phone was damaged beyond repair due to a bad screen installation. The inside of the phone is bent slightly which is what is causing the signal problems. Never again will I use Mobile phone hospital. Thanks for ruining my phone!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Dropped my phone in for a repair of an iPhone screen. When I went to pay they told me that I could only pay cash as they had closed off their machines for the day.

10 days later the screen stops working while on Facebook. I went back and asked them to look at it. They told me that the battery was faulty and not working and had shorted the screen and therefore would not warrant their repair. They also said the charging port wasn't working.

This company is horrible, replaced my Iphone 5s screen for $100 2 weeks ago then woke up 3 days ago with a crack that rendered the phone completely useless. Fair enough I probably dropped it one night and didn't realize.
So yesterday I went back to the cairns central location and replaced it again, for $120.
Not even 24 HOURS later, walking back from the lagoon I took my phone out of my bag and there is a crack near the speaker, again the sensor was completely destroyed from this crack so it wouldn't work at all. This time I was extremely ir...

I live close to the Blacktown store and tried contacting them by phone 6 times and by email twice over two days with no response. I then tried the castle hill store which was excellent. A gentleman gave me a quote and answered all my questions over the phone, putting aside the part for me until I could get there the next day. They fixed my smashed samsung galaxy s5 screen in 30 minutes and fitted a new protector and cover for me for less than a store at rouse hill wanted just to fix the screen! It also has a 3 month warranty.The lady was very pedantic about making sure there were no bubbles under the protector too. Would definitely go back.

Very bad screen replacement work. The screen was not flush with side panels. They claim to have done numerous screen replacements of the same phone model, but most people don't check the work done or the customer service just gives a lame excuse which people just accept. I pushed for a refund, but they showed my previous screen which was damaged even more.. it was a health hazard to bring that around in my pocket. They didn't use the right careful technique (like in youtube), rather yanked it out.
They are cheaper by a little, BUT would've used a better service knowing this was the result. Hope this helps others make a better choice, than I did.. Next time, I'll use a better service with a guarantee.. heard some do provide warranties.
