Couch made a squeaking noise since new, called Nick Scali to book a repair. It was found that there was a gap between some of the frame which was fixed by Frank Martelli and Aurthur.
Quick and easy solution to an annoying problem.

We purchased a new lounge and were very happy with the customer service that we were provided. Very assisting and knowledgeable and very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend them.

Carlos was on time, repaired my lounge quickly and made improvements so it wouldnt happen again. I was very pleased with his friendly attitude towards reapiring the lounge, however im disappointed this has happened to another Nick Scali product.

Couch needed a few screws put in. Services was fantastic quick and hassle free. Would recommend Nick Scali all the time.

Frank came out to repair a chip on my concrete table, as well as remove marks that I thought were permanent! He was very thorough, quick and professional. He also gave me great advice on aftercare. Very satisfied with his service.

The technician Frank and Jack were every professional with their instructions to do the best they can to repair the side table which was attached to the lounge. For a brand new lounge which was delivered and fault report within the first few days, we would had thought the table should had been replace and not repaired. Repair is good but not 100% which we would liked coming from the factory as a brand new item.

Frank came out to service our reclining lounge, on time, fixed the problem without any issues, very friendly would recommend him!

Frank came out today to respray my dining table base he was very clean with his work and covered the floor etc thanks frank

Frank has done an excellent job fixing the unfortunate scuff that took place on delivery of the lounge. You can't tell the difference at all. Very happy.

Frank appears to be a polite man came today on time and he did give me a ring while he was 15mins away. He listened to my concern, explained how the lounge could have variations in height as it is handmade. Attempted to align the seats but the back as he said was already in line while the front is a little variable due to hand workmanship.
He used heat to even the leather look and put a piece of foam to lift one of the seats and make it more bouncy.

I have been advised to monitor the crack for now. The technician has taken photos and logged it in the system for future reference is the cracks continue to get worser.

Repair was done quick and easy. Frank showed up when he said he would and did the repair in minutes.

Service and quality of goods is terrific. The staff are very knowledgeable with great advice to suit the needs of the customer.
