Don't believe a word they say. They lie to get your business & don't care when when they can't deliver on time
I ordered a recliner for my nursery 27th of Dec & was very clear that I needed it before the 20th of March when my baby is due. Monica at Belrose who I am told is the Store Manager assured me it would be 10 weeks so I proceeded with the order. I am now told the chair won't be ready until the end of March, after the baby arrives. I have asked whether there is a chair I can borrow & have been flat out told no, there is nothing we can do. d button doesn't work so proceeded to use their webchat. Was told there is a 2 week leeway in the order & nothing they can do to help & directed me back to Monica. I am really upset by this experience & will not buy from them again. If I didn't need the chair I would cancel the order but I don't have a more time to wait for another chair.

Great service
The highlight of our experience was the sales assistant. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She was quick to ask if we needed any help, and listened to us. She then was able to help us decide what would work best for us. Her name is Jess ( a casual ).

Excellent experience
Thank you to Nick Scali staff at Belrose in particular Steffi, it has been an easy and enjoyable process to choose and order our new family lounge. We returned numerous times to ensure we chose the perfect option and Steffi was always smiling, incredibly helpful and very patient. Highly recommended!

Love my recliner
Good store with friendly helpful staff
Plenty of space in between displays
Choice of fabrics and good price
Did have to wait about 12 weeks for delivery but worth the wait
Delivery was hassle free and they assembled the sofa
Only downside was disposing of the enormous cardboard box it arrived in

Fantastic customer service from Steffi
Great product range, excellent customer service form Steffi who was not at all pushy but tuned in to what we needed and showed us appropriate options. We felt guided by a knowledgeable and helpful person. We now wait for the recliners to arrive.

Excellent experience over multiple visits
Steffi took great care of me, helping me with the size room I had to work with, the family situation and everyone’s needs and preferences. Even while I was waiting occasionally to meet with Steffi other sales people enquired to ensure I was being looked after. Products haven’t been delivered yet so I can’t comment on quality and sturdiness. I do wish I could change the foot/leg options on the furniture but it can’t all be my way! Thanks for everything. I hope the furniture stands up to the tests of a family over time.

Inferior product
This is the worst piece of rubbish disguised as furniture I have ever had in my life
Cost was $3,810 almost 3 years ago - supposedly on sale!!
The seating collapsed after 3 months and finally a rep came to prop up the seating which was a temporary fix.!
The lounge is filled with polyester fibre and not foam! It is designed to collapse meaning that seating has to be propped up with pillows - which, by the way fall into the depressed gap between the back and the seating!

Delightful effective technician
The Nick scali lounge we purchased has been a disaster.however the technicians you send out are consistantly helpful and delightful. As this is the second visit and we have only had the sofa 14 weeks in this time we are hopeful this will be the last. Frank Martello was polite clean effective explained everything he did

From the start to the end of my lounge purchasing journey, David was an amazing salesman. He wasn't pushy or insistent on my purchase and always ensured it was about me and my family. He has a way with people and always showed the upmost tolerance and patience in making such a big decision for us.

Great service
It was very easy to navigate and choose my lounges. I found that Stella was absolutely wonderful. She has the best attitude towards customers and can never do too much for you. She is to be commended. I am very satisfied with the quality of furniture but have only taken delivery recently. I also found the delivery men very helpful.

Repair of couch.
Product is good but the driver who installed the legs of the couches did not do a good job. Must be more professional in delivery and installation of this product. Simple job gone wrong. The technician who attended my house to fix the problem was very good and friendly. I appreciate it. Waiting for a call for the other repair to take place.
