Satisfied with product, there was an issue with the left hand arm rest on the leather sofa. Pauline de Vos called for assistance and after a not so pleasant response Frank Martelli came to fix the problem, Frank was very efficient, he arrived in good time and completed the work quickly.

Leather is sagging just after one month of purchase. Nick scali sent there expert to look at it and he said thats normal for leather, so If you don't mind paying thousands of dollars for a recliner that will start sagging very quickly and will look weird go ahead and buy from Nick Scali

Excellent service, frank fixed chair perfectly, he called and gave me notice that he was on his way and once arrived was polite and came in and fixed the chair in quick time, very good

Nupur went above & beyond in helping us find the perfect lounge for our new house. She walked us throguh all the options available and helps us navigate through the overwhelming choices they have. What really took us away is she being proactive and helping us make the right choice rather than just making a sale!

The store is well laid out, it was easy to manoeuvre around. The range to choose from is good and you can tell the quality of the furniture is excellent.

Frank came out and inspected our lounge which was purchased 3 years ago and was more than helpful in putting in more padding in the seats. He was helpful, friendly and I would recommend nick Scali based on this call out.

After initially choosing the wrong size lounge (no fault of Bens) I returned to cancel my order but with the assistance of the very patient Rosa I found the right lounge she was wonderful. I am so happy and would definitely recommend Nick Scali Prospect to anyone. In fact Ill be back this weekend looking for an entertainment unit. They have a lovely range of furniture, reasonable prices and great quality

Our experience at Nick Scali, Prospect store, was amazing. The experience was faciliated by Rosa from showroom staff. Rosa was very attentive to our needs and helped us with lots of details about the products we looked at. She helped us make a decision by discussing our living room layout and suggesting the viable options for space we have. It was great customer service with right amount of inputs and enough space to make our decision. I am looking forward to see the lounge we chose in our living room. Would write another review once the lounge is delivered after Christmas. Looking forward to it.

Iyad was fantastic, so patient and really focused on our need in assisting us to make a decision. Followed up when asked and wasnt pushy.

We have been to a few Nick Scali stores, but after going to the Prospect store we were very impressed with the furniture on show and the customer service we received. Rosa and Iyad were very attentive in helping us to choose our Tanami oak dining table and fabric chairs. We were very pleased with the quality compared to other furniture stores we have visited.
