Nick Scali Furniture NSW, Tuggerah

We had ongoing issues with our Black Buffet and in Nick Scali's favour they agreed to have another one of their Service Technicians (Arthur) look at it even though our warranty was well out of date. Arthur was able to adjust/realign and completely correct the construction issues. He was resourceful and thorough. A job very well done.

Bought a leather lounge from Nick scali less than 2 years ago. We purchased the extended 7 year warranty leather protection (guardsman) which claims it covers all stains, manufacture faults and accidental damage. Some of the leather on our lounge has come off and struggling to get them to comply with this so having to go to Fair trading and the ACC. Nick scali does not deal with the Original warranty people anymore so one is blaming the other but no one will cover the warranty. Will never purchase from Nick scali again. What a rought

Service was very quick and efficient, Frank was very good but the assessor lady was very rude and said that the problem was self inflicted whereas it was certainly not.She could have been polite enough to listen to the customer

We purchased a loungenset from Nick Scali in Tuggerah and whilst we have had to get someone out to repair mechanisms on them, the after care service is exceptional. No finger pointing, no playing hard to get someone to come out. Today I had Frank, he was quick, efficient and helpful. And fixed the small fault.
Many thanks for appreciating that the best customer service remains long after the sale. And will turn into recommendations to friends and extra sales from the purchaser.

We had already looked on line so we knew what we wanted. We also looked for a tv cabinet but you didnt have what we wanted. Ron the salesman was very helpful but not pushy. Ron has lovely people skills.

Our technician Frank came out to our place very quickly to come and resolve our issue with the couch we bought. Frank was polite, friendly and very professional. Couldn't be any happier with the service we had received.

My mother and l recently went to the Tuggerah store to hopefully purchase a lounge, we had been to other stores on the Central Coast and were deeply disappointed with the level of Customer service or rather, the lack thereof. We were met by Katrina upon entry to the Tuggerah store she was one of the sales staff there and we couldn't have gotten a more helpful or nicer person. Nothing was to much trouble and she answered any and all questions we had for her in a pleasant and professional manner. I only wish that other people could have had her level of professionalism and customer service. Many thanks Katrina, we will enjoy our lounge and tell everyone else about our experience.

Lovely selection of products and great individual attention. A lovely gentleman named Ron walked with us and told us just about everything that related to lounge suites. We chose well and our lounge has been delivered this morning. Love it, love it.

The staff were friendly and informed, all aspects of the product were explained, from selection of colour and delivery time. Delivery of the lounge suite was on time and installed correctly. The only negative aspect was having to get rid of the packaging left after the lounge suite was delivered.

We bought a gorgeous lounge with the most wonderful, and helpful sales person Carissa. It’s so hard these days to find good service and products, however she is absolutely exceptional in looking after all our needs! This is our third lounge we have purchased from Nick Scali! Thank you so much!

Staff member, Carissa, approached us within a short time frame from entering the store. She had a great manner and asked questions to make sure she would give the right advice. From my experience of furniture purchases over the past 30 years I would have to say it was the best I've encountered. Comprehensive range with options for changes. We are yet to receive delivery but thought the display on show was of high quality. All round an enjoyable experience which made the process easy.

Superb service by Carissa, excellent knowledge of products, very helpful in decision making, very relaxed atmosphere, not pushy at all, will be returning for more products soon, thankyou again Carissa.

The store is great to wonder around and browse . Plenty of stock and variety. Haven’t yet received my couch as it’s getting made.Clarissa from the Tuggerah store was very professional and informative.

Katrina was so lovely to deal with. She was knowledgeable with the products and was very patient. I’d happily purchase from this store again! We can’t wait to receive our couch and coffee table!

My review is for the service I received while in store. I found the staff, particularly Ron, extremely helpful. He was patient and clear with all his information. The range of products within the store was extensive. I am now awaiting the delivery of my purchase.

Frank came out today and explained that it probably was the motors on my lounges on their way out. Very prompt and polite gentleman who I would recommend him highly.

The Tuggerah showroom is really well stocked and very inviting. The staff are very friendly and helpful but not pushy.

Carissa's lovely approach and her interior decorating expertise helped me come up with the perfect solution for a difficult spot in my home. I've ordered a Bardello daybed for a large entryway in my home. It will be made up in the fabric of my choice to match the rest of my decor.
