Lounge adjustments at home

Excellent, quick respond and service.
We had Arthur came to fix our broken motor.
Service booking was fast and efficient. Arthur had great customer service. Happy with overall service. We were also lucky it was still under the warranty, so all free of charge!

Admitted faulty but failed to deliver reasonable outcome.
I purchased over 5K worth of firm. Less than twelve months later the Omer Lamp Table @ $490 is faulty by their admission. Unsatisfied with outcome and manager will not discuss.

Fantastic repair service
Frank provided exceptional service. He called before he arrived to check the arrival time was ok. I had 2 items I needed assistance with, scratches on the black metal edge of my table and some marks on the marble.
The scratch turned out to be glue which was a relieve!! Frank did an excellent job in polishing out the marks in the marble. Nothing was too much trouble, very professional.

Muuzafder fixed the legs of my couch re painted it all quality job well done did an amazing job can’t thank him enough took his time making sure everything was perfect, and got me to check everything to see if I was always happy amazing work !

Firstly I would agree the staff in the shop itself are wonderful & the products look great. However your purchasing experience is just a small part of the journey with your furniture & I would ask you to be very very mindful about the short and longterm customer service you will receive outside of the purchasing experience.
