Placed an order and an waiting for my purchase to arriive. Was shown a range of products from the website and looking forward to getting the items in mint condition

The store is very well laid out, you can see almost everything without moving too far. There were too many options, not a bad thing, we found what we needed. We haven't received our product yet, 8-12 weeks to go.

Sorry i cannot comment or rate your hobart furniture yet as we have not received our purchase in noverber 2022. A very long time too wait.(lounge)

We went to the Cambridge park (Hobart) store looking for a dining table, we had no idea what shape or style we were after. Mel was so helpful, she went above and beyond and was not pushy towards a sale in any way. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely return again next time we are looking for furniture!!

Andrew, from the Cambridge based store in Hobart, was superb in his customer service. He had the right amount of 'push', knowledge, advice and humour to make the daunting role of selecting a new 'million-dollar couch' very pleasant. A very down to earth, honest guy... there should be more like him in sales!

We were in a Melbourne store and spotted the sideboard we wanted but we live in Tasmania. The Melbourne Nick Scali sales person was helpful and directed us to the Tassie store. Andrew was very helpful and accurate. From the time I left a message on the automated messaging system; Andrew rang me back within half an hour. Andrew supported me through every step and went the extra mile with multiple call backs.
I was impressed!!!

Wonderful service from genuine and delightful sales person Dani who was thoughtful, not pushy and rendered all the options sensibly. We have to wait for delivery but with most furniture which is not on the showroom floor this is the case.

Great service & knowledge from the sales person. Not pushy & had great knowledge about the products. I found the store to have great displays which also helps with selection & visualising the room.

The staff here know when the right time to come and ask if you would like any help, which is what you want. Once we said what we would like the whole process was so quick and easy with a bonus of excellent customer service. Would recommend!

Wanted a certain bed and Matt was awesome made it all happen and looking forward to receiving it in a few weeks.Will defiantly be back to buy other furniture when needed.

Absolutely Fantastic service by Andrew. I purchased the furniture from Melbourne via Andrew and it was delivered to Hobart. He helped during the whole process including delivery. Communication was excellent. The only issues with Nick Scali is they will not /don’t take the packaging which can be substantial and is difficult to dispose environment friendly and they don’t hold stock in Hobart so delivery can be lengthy

Very satisfied with the product. Service and support was excellent from Andrew. Lounge suite was carefully wrapped, only downfall was the amount of packing I had to make two tip runs. Would be better if the delivery company took the packing away.

Andrew was most helpful on the 2 occasions we visited. He suggested alternatives to what we were initially looking at and listened to what we required in our sofa. He had good knowledge of the products and was able to provide us with all the information we needed to go home and check measurements.

Store layout was simple and easy to see everything.
Range was good, plenty to choose from
Quality of furniture is excellent, much better then competing stores
We were looked after very well with help and advice when we needed.

Andrew demonstrated great product knowledge & made informed suggestions that helped us create the style we were after. He was confident, courteous & quickly established the type of product we were looking for. We went away to deliberate & when we returned the following week he remembered us & our previous interest.
