Apparantly it costs you $250 to take plastic off a product that does fit dimensions that the sales person said would
Told it will fit the space and it doesnt
Didnt have to assemble the product but because the plastic was taken off it costs $250
All within 24 hours of pickup
Was told it would be deliverable within 6 weeks came after 3 months
Told not to put a complaint into consumer affairs
Range of products are sub par
Check the small print
Had an illegal sign saying they wouldnt do refunds

The Customer Service we received was excellent. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable on all the products we were interested in and was able to answer any questions we had. In addition, we found him to be very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Highly Recommend.

Fantastic Customer Service at Jandakot WA
Lovely experience and the customer service could not be faulted. After visiting the store, I had several conversations and emails back and forth with Taha who is the store Manager. He was very patient with my questions and provided several photos which helped me make my final selection. I could not have asked for better service. We can't wait to receive our items in 12 weeks!

Awesome January Sales
We didn't think we could afford a Sofa from Nick Scali, we looked at everything and were about to buy a sofa from Fantastic Furniture. So glad we walked into Nick scali in January, we ended up with 2 sofas and insurance, cheaper than anywhere else.
Great service too, not too pushy!

crazy delivery method
paid cash for the delivery well before next Tuesdays delivery, and this morning received text informing me my delivery would be rescheduled because I had not paid amount owing! Someone in command in NSW has decided that is unaware of the three hour time difference between WA and NSW that when our stores close all of NSW is in bed asleep! Have sorted it out but did not need that text. Pam

Excellent service by Peter
Today we returned to the Jandakot showroom to place our order with Peter.
Previously on our first visit to the showroom, Peter happily took the time to answer our many questions about the lounges we were interested in and he also took the time to check our measurement requirements. Peter showed us through the showroom so we could see lounges in various fabrics. I found this very helpful so we could make a confident choice regarding the fabric type and colour for our lounges

Great service great product
Taha took us around and showed us everything that fit our requirements. He was helpful but not pushy, always seeming to know when to step back and give us space. I think it was as much him as the product that made us return to the store and make a purchase, He was head and shoulders above the sales guys at the other stores we looked in.

Looks great, perfect.
The store was very easy to get around with alot of selections visible. As there was exactly what I was looking for displayed I did not need to try and "visualise". I was able to take a sample home to see how the colours worked in my space. Great quality and very nice under foot.

I just put a deposit for leather lounge suite (Julio) both 3 seater and 2.5 seater in WA served by a very friendly, non pushy genuine looking guy called Peter.
He did promise that the lounge was ALL GENUINE COW HIDE LEATHER! !! I further called today to just make sure i heard him right after reading reviews of leather lounges from NS!!!
I think if i had read before, i would not have made the decision to buy from them.
I'm not one to spend such amount of money on lounges but i thought. ..why not spoil myself once in a lifetime!!!!

Had the most fun afternoon
Myself and my sister went in to the jandakot Nick Scali and were served by a gentleman by the name of Peter. He was awesome. So helpful and the best. He knew his stuff and was very informative. I have never had so much fun picking furniture. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Al that Glitters is NOT gold
I loved my shopping experience at the store and after sampling a few other vendors I fell in love with the Julio leather suite that Nick Scali sold HOWEVER from there my experience flips. We signed up for two recliners and the 2.5 seater and waited patiently for it to be built and shipped. It arrived on 13-9-18. The delivery guys worked at a frantic pace and before i knew it they were leaving... n race to the next delivery. Dont EVER think that you will get time to do that. The delivery guys did not even affix the backflaps to the velcro ( hence the trigger for my later experience that prompted this review). They very quickly pressed the buttons on the componants to show that the recliner motors worked ( just a quick check not even fully extending or retracting) and deemed it time they left and I signed.. so now to the issues. I began to straighten the back flaps and fix them to the velcro so it was tidy. One of the backflaps on the 2.5 seater would not adhere to the velcro at one edge. I pondered it for a few days then decided to measure. It was shorter than the others. On the 18th (5 days later) i decided to ring the store of purchase and query/report this issue. The person there talked me through a procedure for affixing the velcro ( this is obviously a common issue) However when i did as asked ( fully recline the seat, the firmly attach the back flap to the velcro.. then unrecline the seat) I commented that this created a massive pressure point on the leather against the frame. I felt this was a serious compromise to the life/integrity of the leather I had paid dearly for. I took photos of the indentation that had appeared on the leather within a few minutes of my issue being "fixed" this way. The photos went to the phone of the guy who was helping me and my issue was to be put to the maintenance team to come out and fix. After a few phonecalls rehashing the issue I got an appointment for someone to come out on the 28th (15 days since receipt). The person who cam out went to instruct me on "the PROCEDURE" that is performed to stick the backflap in position.. I advised this had been done.. (rehash of the same info once again). He performed the procedure and said that's fixed. I told him to look at the stress on that piece of leather. He said its ok and anyway I have purchased the 5yr warranty so if any problems happen its covered. A longer discussion took place as I advised I felt this was NOT appropriate. He said in his opinion it was Ok but he worked for Nick Scali so he might be biased. He took many photographs (initially without asking permission.. which is VERY bad) However whilst he was there I asked him to have a quick look at what I felt was another issue, not all the items reclined to the same angle. He photographed things reclined, he made very little comment other that that there could be some variance due to configuration of the 2.5, that it could be expected. I made it very clear I was unhappy with his conclusion that he had fixed my issue and he stated it would therefore have to be put to an independent assessor. He said he would submit his report and that I had to inform the store of purchase that I was unhappy with the result and that I wanted it to go to independent assessor. I did ask him if that in fact meant I was now going to get the runaround. I rang the store IMMEDIATELY even before he left my driveway. I gave my relevant issue and advised them of the dissatisfaction and that i wanted the issue elevated to independent assessing. The guy on the phone told me he would get it done. Interestingly enough my impression is that the "independent assessor" is the Leather Guy.. which is also the person who attends to customer problems ( ie spills on leather etc) under the purchased warranty. I wonder if the leather guy they are referring to is the same who gets the contract for the stain help etc then .. can he be truely independent, after all if it is the same then surely he has a financial relationship with NIck Scali. Anyway it is now 28th October and guess what... NOONE HAS CONTACTED ME!!!!!!. I say this.. I could have purchased a suite from Harvey Normans that ran a very close second in comfort etc to this one. I guess the way Nick Scali presents as a more boutique / special place might have swayed my final decision. But in the end.. they are nearly all imports made in possibly the same factories or at least countries.. so I advise you.. dont be swayed by the "professional" "upmarket" look that the store front shows because in the end you are just getting an imported product and no better backup service. I will not shop at Nick Scali again and I will certainly be advising my friends to beware.2 comments

lution now". He took his time to make the best fix that he could. Obviously there was never anyway this seat was going to be remade but, he discretely fixed additional velcro so that the back flap would wrap under . He also took time to adjust where the recliner motor wire exited the chair on one side as it was in a position that was different to the others and caused the flap to not lie flat. In no way have I changed my opinion of Nick Scali and its handling of after sale issues ..... However, if you ever have an issue CONTACT "The Leather Doctor: 5 stars for him :)Similar opinion? Worth the visit and now in Jandakot ... Love it.
Very easy to find the store now in Jandakot so no need to travel up the freeway to look at quality furniture. Love the variety quality and colours that were available staff were brilliant. Got a lot of really good help from Justin and when Justin wasn't there also from Taha so both of those people are going to give you good service and not be pushy. The furniture isn't cheap but then quality normally means price and the furniture comes with a great warranty so happy to pay that little bit extra. We haven't received the furniture yet as we've only just ordered it but have been reliably informed that the delivery people will assemble the furniture for us.

Brilliant Quality and outstanding service!
There was a wide range of exactly what I wanted, the challenge was to narrow the choices down. All the service staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Taha helped me with my purchase and gave great suggestions and things to think about before the decision was made. The sales process was seamless and now all I have to do is wait for my lounge suite! Very impressed with Nick Scali Furniture - impeccable choices in staff and selection!

Fantastic store
My family walked in to the Jandakot store just for a browse as we had never been to a nick scali store thinking it was out of our budget. As soon as we walked in we were blown away by the quality and beautiful furniture. They were having a sale and we found a couch that we were interested in (our current couch is 9 years old and not very comfortable anymore).
