Chris from Nick Scali (he either works at cannington or jandakot) was amazing, he helped us through our first major couch purchase, explained everything extremely well and even drew us diagrams to take home and see what suited our house!

He actually even offered to get my partner water as she had to leave the shop because she was ill. These days you just dont get that kind of customer service, Chris was one of a kind.

Taha and his team from nick scali did a fantastic job with my order. They were non-pushy and sat down with my wife and I to pick out the perfect sofa for our place. Excellent quality Sofa at reasonable price when on sale.

Blown away by the range of stock and was so impressed by the quality. I went in looking for a leather ensemble and there was so much to choose from that I wanted them all. I ended up going for something completely different to my original thought, but I couldn't be happier and this shows how the range is so diverse, that you can be swayed by something that totally unexpected, their range is incredible.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by Louis, and he was very helpful. He showed us a range of lounges and fabric options too choose from. We saw one or two that we liked and he was very helpful in explaining the configuration we could have and should us arrange of options including the choice of fabrics. We were very satisfied with the product and the arrange of fabrics to choose from also Louis showed us what the lounge was constructed of. We were very impressed with the quality and also the service.

We needed to come into the store a few times before we were ready to buy. Each time, Taha the store manager remembered us and was very helpful without being overbearing.

Buying was made easy and Louis was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable offering advice and design options. He explained all aspects of payment and delivery process succintly. Great buting experience.

Yes i found what i wanted. I have chose a classic yet elegant for my lounge room with Peter Tripoli's help which I very much appreciate. Quality is very good and im very satisfied. Quality furniture should be assembled by the expert.

Easy to navigate the store, good range of furniture and great friendly service from the sales agent. Installation will be provided by the delivery person. Sales agent open in communication of expected delivery time.

We came to Nick Scali in Jandakot as the store more local to us had a very overbearing and pushy sales person. We had great service from Taha - he greeted us as we came in and then left us to walk around the store on our own but was available for any questions that we had. He had great product knowledge and was very professional and helpful. We would highly recommend the Jandakot store.
