No problem getting the couches delivered but they knocked a statue of the wall and smashed it and just put it back without saying anything..paid $90 for delivery and this is the service we get

I was scouring the furniture stores in Jandakot as I needed a new lounge. I had always thought Nick Scali was super expensive but our salesperson Peter helped us to find the most perfect lounge at a great price. The quality and comfort of their lounges is pretty incomparable. The service by Peter was outstanding. So friendly, not pushy and really took the time to give us a great experience. Can't wait for my new lounge!

I attended the Jandakot Nick Scali after reviewing several websites looking for a new couch. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul who was pleasant and well dressed. I told him I was just looking and if I needed help I would ask. He said not a problem and left me to browse. As I looked around the store he did provide some helpful advice and I ended up buying a couch and chair. Paul was extremely helpful and provided an excellent level of service. I was also very impressed with the quality of the furniture and the value for money. Paul was very knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. I will be buying more furniture from Nick Scali to furnish the rest of my house as I renovate.

Absolutely delighted with service received from Peter /Taha in beautifully laid out showrooms today. Changed my mind on first choice made yesterday and was worried if changes were acceptable but Taha exceeded what I was expecting nothing to much trouble would even have refunded money but with such excellent service couldn’t possibly have gone elsewhere.

After scouring other furniture stores and not really finding anything close to what i wanted, i decided to go into Nick Scali, Jandakot. To be honest, this was "those" shops that you never went in because you assume it is too expensive. BOY was i wrong, Price was comparable to any other shop, but the quality stood out head and shoulders above other retailers. We found the store with no difficulty. The range of products was good and surprisingly reasonably priced. We found exactly what we wanted, and the quality is excellent. Mitch was polite, approachable and flexible, and gave us a very good service. We will be back.

After visiting a number of furniture stores my daughter and I walked into Nick Scali Jandakot. The service we received from Asseel was amazing. Product knowledge, assistance with measuring and making choice of fabric and colour could not have been more helpful. I visited the store on four occasions. Twice Asseel was not in attendance but Taha and Peter were just as helpful. The last time I called to place my order Asseel had been advised by both Taha and Peter of my other visits.

Taha at Jandakot, WA showroom was great. Very pleased with the customer service and provided great advice on fabric choices. He was very well informed and gave me a peace of mind.

I purchased a leather lounge from the Jandakot store in July and was very impressed by the service from Peter. i went in twice and he remembered me . he asked what i was looking for and he showed me exactly what i was looking for . very polite and helpful. Waiting for the lounge to be delivered soon.

Jandakot is a spacious, well presented store with a large product range. Peter provided excellent service, offering many choices and suggestions and was willing to moved furniture to assist us in our decisions to make our purchases. Most impressed! The added bonus was the significantly reduced sale prices.

As soon as we walked into the store, Peter approached us welcoming to the store and asked us about the product range we are looking for. Straight away took us to the different couches (recliners) available at the store and gave us a run down on the material type, comfort and the usage of the electric recliners. Luckily the product we chose will be installed by the delivery people and we were very satisfied with the recliner we chose. On this occasion we would like to thank Peter for his outstanding sales skills, which helped us choose the right recliner for our home.

It was Easy to navigate store, I was satisfied with process of ordering a custom lounge, customer service was attentive, knowledgeable and efficent. Awaiting product in order to review further.

Taha was so helpful, genuine and had great advice. We had never gone into a Nick Scali store before thinking the furniture would be out of our price range but Taha showed us to a range called the Provence which ticked al our style boxes AND it was on sale. Taha has been extremely helpful on numerous phone calls i made to the store asking about payment plans and holding the furniture for us at their warehouse until we get the keys to our new home. 10/10 experience and will 100% recommend Taha at Nick Scali Jandakot to all our friends and family.
