We have just signed contracts and Taylor has never hesitated to answer any questions we have had. He is very good at his job, transparent and provides accurate and timely information.

Oracle have been easy to deal with from start to finish. Pricing was spot on, no hidden charges, what you see is what you get. Communication was good, workmanship was great. Only thing I can chip them on was timeliness. It took a bit longer than expected but the end result was worth it.

This is a follow up review from my review 6 months ago, Oracle customer service post build is 1st class, we had our retaining wall bow through no fault of oracles builders (thats another story) but Vince and Peter have outdone themselves fixing the bowed wall and now its back to a beautiful straight wall again, not only fixing the wall but including an extra drain for the water and extending the rocks down the side in which got ruined from the water coming in from the bowed wall,cheers to oracle for great service

We did a lot of investigating before we chose Oracle Platinum. In the end it was due to the great service provided by Taylor at Gillieston Heights that swayed us towards Oracle.
Since then the whole build proceeded smoothly up to and including completion (on time).
Quality of the build was extremely good.The site Supervisor Chris Meadows was absolutely fantastic. He provided regular updates and any issues were reported to us promptly with a suggestion of the way to proceed. Thankfully these were few and far between.
This was our 3rd time building and all in all, the best experience.

Based on our experienced with the assistance of Ms. Aashli she’ve done a good job from the start of our enquiry. She is very responsive in every question that we asked and help us through the things that we want to include with our dream house. We are hoping that the construction will be as smooth as what Aashli showed us.

our experience with oracle platinum during the sales stage has been really good one. I believe that has largely to do with our sales consultant Aashli. she was welcoming, always had a smile and had a great attitude which made the process very pleasant. Aashli helped us design our house to what we wanted and within a very reasonable price point. she went above and beyond with staying in the office very late so we could get all our documents signed and sorted and to move forward with the process. If you happen to get Aashli as your sales consultant your in very good hands. looking forward to seeing how the rest of the build goes and hopefully oracle will keep up the good work they have done so far.

Last year we signed up with Oracle Platinum Homes as we are very impressed with their home designs, quality and value for money. [name removed], our Sales Consultant, has been very approachable and helpful.
The downside has been that the time frame for pre-construction has taken much longer than expected, and when the technical plans finally came back they were not as we had requested. So ..... watch this space for updates.....

So far our experience has been excellent. Our sales consultant Rod has been super helpful and has made this a stress free and smooth journey. Communication has been great, honest and easy. Everything has been explained well throughout the process. We’re so excited to start our build, and very thankful to have such a knowledgeable and honest person handling the sale.

From start to finish, this has been such a seamless, easy, problem-free experience. Caroline from Oracle has always been on hand to answer our questions and is always pleasant and helpful. Our building supervisor, Peter, was also really knowledgeable and quick to reply to our questions. My friends can't believe how easy it was for us, as they all heard that building your own home was a nightmare! We are so excited to be moving into our dream home and can't recommend Oracle enough. I couldn’t be happier with Caroline her support through our journey has been appreciated. Great company some weeks felt like no progress at all but the end of build was torture as we just wanted in our gorgeous home. Great tradies where happy to explain anything I asked.
