To date we have had an exceptional experience with Taylor from the Gillieston heights display centre. He has been informative, helpful and professional through the whole process. We have just signed contracts and Taylor has never hesitated to answer any questions we have had. He is very good at his job, transparent and provides accurate and timely information.

Oracle have been easy to deal with from start to finish. Pricing was spot on, no hidden charges, what you see is what you get. Communication was good, workmanship was great. Only thing I can chip them on was timeliness. It took a bit longer than expected but the end result was worth it.

We did a lot of investigating before we chose Oracle Platinum. In the end it was due to the great service provided by Taylor at Gillieston Heights that swayed us towards Oracle.
Since then the whole build proceeded smoothly up to and including completion (on time).
Quality of the build was extremely good.The site Supervisor Chris Meadows was absolutely fantastic. He provided regular updates and any issues were reported to us promptly with a suggestion of the way to proceed. Thankfully these were few and far between.
This was our 3rd time building and all in all, the best experience.

Based on our experienced with the assistance of Ms. Aashli she’ve done a good job from the start of our enquiry. She is very responsive in every question that we asked and help us through the things that we want to include with our dream house. We are hoping that the construction will be as smooth as what Aashli showed us.

our experience with oracle platinum during the sales stage has been really good one. I believe that has largely to do with our sales consultant Aashli. she was welcoming, always had a smile and had a great attitude which made the process very pleasant. Aashli helped us design our house to what we wanted and within a very reasonable price point. she went above and beyond with staying in the office very late so we could get all our documents signed and sorted and to move forward with the process. If you happen to get Aashli as your sales consultant your in very good hands. looking forward to seeing how the rest of the build goes and hopefully oracle will keep up the good work they have done so far.

Last year we signed up with Oracle Platinum Homes as we are very impressed with their home designs, quality and value for money. [name removed], our Sales Consultant, has been very approachable and helpful.
The downside has been that the time frame for pre-construction has taken much longer than expected, and when the technical plans finally came back they were not as we had requested. So ..... watch this space for updates.....

So far our experience has been excellent. Our sales consultant Rod has been super helpful and has made this a stress free and smooth journey. Communication has been great, honest and easy. Everything has been explained well throughout the process. We’re so excited to start our build, and very thankful to have such a knowledgeable and honest person handling the sale.

Great service and wonderful end product. Selections were of good upgraded quality for no extra cost and provided a broad range of choice. Our site supervisor managed our build excellently. He always informed us of our project and was always on time to meetings. We only had a handful of minor issues through the build that were quickly and easily rectified by our supervisor. The final cost was the agreed upon contract price as part of a turnkey package.

Overall I am happy with my new house. The finishes and quality of my build are outstanding, and the staff behaved in a professional manner throughout the process. Thank you Oracle.

Being First Home owners we were very nervous to start construction on our own home. But the team at Oracle made us feel welcome and held our hand throughout the process. We were never made to feel insignificant and we could ask any questions at any time. Even though the pre-site process took a little longer than normal (some of this time wasted was our fault) the on-site process made up the time delay. Our Supervisor took all our calls and met with us onsite to answer any of our questions. We love our home and we wouldn’t change a single thing!

The Quality of my home is great, the trades were excellent and went above and beyond.
I had no dramas at all not even one during the build, there was a couple things missed at the end but these were sorted out quickly and without fuss.
Customer service was very good with updates throughout my build and staff were friendly and helpful.
