We built with Orbit Homes before, therefore we decided to build our investment home with them again....and again, we were happy with the pre, post and during construction. What was promised (by Orbit) it was delivered. Great communication with Customer Service Officer (Carnita) and building supervisor (Wayne). Every question was answered immediately. Great builder, great experience.

I went to colour selection today. Everything is perfect help from consultant was very good and her matching ability of products is very efficient. However it would be much better if we got some more time to select our product as it is a big investment. There shouldn’t be any rush for selecting items
Anyway Summit from sale team of orbit is very helpful so far.

Can’t thank Priscilla enough for her guidance and help with our colour selection appointment for our new home. I was very overwhelmed and stressed but her calm and caring nature is absolutely amazing. I was still unsure and confused with a few things the following day. She made sure that every question we asked was answered and dealt with accordingly. She is very responsive to emails and messages. We Sincerely appreciate it.

Sumit Sondhi helped us alot with plans .n everything. Very helpful. It was very good experience. He showed us all the measurements n prodouts in show houses so we can get the idea .that was good .Very qualified people .they have one year building time that really help to save more money .in one year no charges .

the initial dealing is pretty good with orbit. Mr. sumit is very calm and good listener and explained very well to me about available plans. however i changed my mind to get to custom build home. well, thanks to sumit for extra efforts he done to try to retain orbit customer

It is my first experience of building a home. I went to Orbit homes Highgrove estate office with a clean slate and no idea whatsoever. There I met JP, the chief liaison from orbit homes. He is extremely friendly, understanding and very accommodating. He helped us with land selection, house design and suggested a broker for finance as well. Great team, very good and understanding people, good price and very good experience overall. Thank you JP, Priscilla and entire Orbit team. You definitely earned a loyal customer.

Jp has been nothing but amazing straight from the start. He has helped up during such a stressful time to come up with home that perfect for us. He has never once been pushy or demanding and really just wanted to make sure where are happy.

Were on the tender but still planning and finalyzing the plan of the house. Shweta has been very patient and helpful in making our dream house come true.They help us customize our home to what we wanted. Only problem that we have is that the length have changed and became smaller a bit. So Shweta has been helping us tremendously regarding our plan and the changes that we wanted.

Our home is two months from completion, and we have been very impressed with the advise we have received from our consultant J.P. from Orbits Clyde office. Communication has been great, and our purchase has gone very smoothly.

Very professional from the beginning to the final inspection. They build the our first home in the given timeframe. I would like to thanks to Lindi, Carnita, Priscilla, George and the site supervisor James. I reccomend everyone to the Orbit homes as they delivered what they promise :) 5 stars

Contract done, land settled, colour selection done, Its been a great journey with Orbit homes, now waiting for site supervisor meeting, and build start date, JP at highgrove display home have been really helpful with our choosing right design, making changes to design, will keep posted, its all very exciting.

Started our first ever knockdown rebuild project with Orbit Homes, so far wonderful experience!
Lucas at Highlands estate has been thorough and full of knowledge. Lucas has been very pleasant, helpful and approachable at all times. Lucas has accommodated all our requirements in the plans that no other builders could do it for us.
Orbit Homes Signature Living inclusions are very impressive with quality products and we are looking forward to the colours appointment next week.

Where only at stage one,paper work.due to waiting for land.The staff have been super friendly and always keeping us up to date with there progress.Cant wait till it’s building time.

The whole process of building our new home was so easy ! Our sales Consultant Elise really helped make the entire process enjoyable and stress free, from finding a our ideal House and Land package to a suitable broker to make it all possible. Our house is currently under construction with Steve whom is also brilliant. The aftercare process has been smooth sailing with Carnita as our CSO - we are itching to get out keys !

Our loan application was declined so we asked for the refund our deposit.But they just refunded only $2089 out of $5000.When we pay the deposit,they said that deposit is subject to finance.If the loan is not approved,we should get the refund as they said.Also we had not signed the contract.But they almost charged $3000 without doing anything.The worst experience we ever had in Australia.Very disappointed!
