As First home owners, the building house is new and exciting to us. After exploring many builder.. we settled with Orbit Homes.
We worked Sumit Sondhi. He has been very helpful throughout process. He demonstrates excellent Customer service. He has been very supportive and responsive to all my questions and requirements and answers them thoroughly.
Highly recommend SUMIT SONDHI for experienced and professional guidance.

Sales Staff (Sumit) very Patient and guided us through Technical knowledge. We had a lot of follow up questions as face to face interaction was limited due to COVID but this was handled well by the Sales team and we were reassured of quality build by Orbit Homes. Great Customer Service.

Construction of the house has not commenced yet but the quality of service so far has been top of the game from Orbit Homes. This includes the entire process from sales to colour selection and then contract signing. Special thanks to the team including Sumit Sodhi for a great experience.

During the pre-sales process Shweta has been very supportive and responsive to all of our questions and requirements answering them thoroughly and also providing detailed documentation and plans covering the build of our new home.
On several occasions Shweta also made extra efforts to make herself available after hours and late at night to assist us in our inquiries.

If you are building for first time make sure you do thorough search about what is being given to you. They use building terminologies when singing contact & saved $$ from wherever they could to obtain more profits.
*No bricks above windows (cheap wood installed above the windows instead)

* No roof ventilation (no vent or pipe going out of the roof to throw cooking fumes out of the roof.

* crooked alfresco (It’s just not levelled)

* Sharp nails in the carpet (Because of poor quality of carpet work, the nails are not properly tucked in the carpet)

* Cracks appearing every now & then (Fixed by maintenance team few times now)....

I would first like to start off by thanking Julian for helping me with the journey on my build. First impressions were phenomenal, the absolute class and professionalism on this guy was unseen in this industry as I have seen other consultants from different companies. Not one has come close to what Julian can provide.
