We purchased batilda bar stools, selecting from a great range that are comfortable and great value for $$$. The Covid delay was a bit longer than expected, nothing that could be helped. Maybe more proactive updates on delivery time expectations to avoid customer chasing would be good.

I always enjoy wandering through the displays, couldnt find the particular cupboard I wanted but Darby knew straight away what I was talking about and found it in the brochure. Easy friendly pickup at Tomago and it finishes off my kitchen/diner perfectly

Ordered a lounge it came damaged, dirty and falling apart and abused by delivery driver. Still waiting 2 months with no lounge for them to fix it, waited 20 days and still not even at the repair location only 2 hours away. Complete joke of a company that sells the worst quality furniture I have ever seen.

Our two chairs arrived in time, as promised. They are really lovely to look at and so comfortable to sit in. I would highly recommend OzDesign for service, product superiority and design. We are very glad we found OzDesign.

Items were very poor quality have water stains that can't be removed I will more than likely have to sand and refinish

I purchased four glorious chairs from Ozdesign. After getting them home and unboxing them, I discovered one was defective. The team at Ozdesign Kotara wasted no time in getting a replacement for me. Overseas shipping was delayed however store kept us up to date with progress. Product quality better than expected and it came pre-assembled.

They claimed that I would receive the product after 2 weeks. When I hadn't heard after a month I contacted them and they said it would be another 2 weeks. Just be honest

The staff at Kotara are fabulous. Ali is amazing. I phoned looking for particular products and she worked so hard to try and find the right stock for me and my business....she nailed it

The shop assistant was extremely helpful!
The only real issue we had was the price change from when we ordered it.

The range of products is good, top quality workmanship, it was easy to navigate the store, furniture came already assembled

The lounge and chair are great, love the look, fabrics and colour. I’m still waiting to use the second recliner chair as we have to wait for an extension cord to be made because by adding an insert the lounge is now too long for the cord to power both recliners. We are still waiting after two weeks. My other issue is with delivery. I paid to have it delivered and yet I have to pick up my own tables as that would have delayed lounge delivery by 3 weeks. Also two young fit guys dropped everything all wrapped and boxed into my lounge and left. How much do you have to pay to have your lounge set up and packaging taken away?? I definitely give 4 stars for my lounge and chair but the rest....not happy Jan!

I walked in saw this and loved it.
The staff were fantastic, I have an artwork I bought from Oz Design a year ago and I love that too. Your items are unique and I love that.

Freight was insanely expensive for a 35Km trip.
Product required assembly - though this was never mentioned - you don't buy an OZ design item and expect it to come flat packed, you expect that out of IKEA.
