Good range of products and clearance items. I was able to purchase 2 lounges and have them delivered that week. Saved $3,000 too. Staff were quick and helpful. Delivery was excellent too. Thank you.

Our new lamps work perfectly with our coastal decor. The staff at Kotara were very helpful to make sure we were happy with our choice. Pick up was effortless and again the staff were great.

We were very impressed with the friendly, helpful service we received in store. Delivery was very speedy, and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. The lounge was very well packaged on delivery and easy to assemble. A great price for such a lovely piece of furniture.

We ordered two barstools and had to wait 2 weeks as they weren’t in stock, they finally arrived and we collected them from their warehouse, got home and assembled them only to find that one of them is about 4” higher than it should have been. We called them to advise and were told it was an issue at the warehouse because all the components are individually selected so the correct legs would have gone to another customer and we seemed to have received their legs.
We were informed the legs would need to be reordered and therefore wait another 3 weeks...shame really!

After 3 months of investigations Oz Design have finally told me that yes, my sofa is so firm and uncomfortable compared to the in store model as a different foam was used in mine.
They continue to refuse to provide a refund, but are offering the second hand used store cushions as their only solution.

This company lacks all common decency, misadvertises their products and blames customers for the company's mistakes. Do not buy from these people.

Found the store easy to navigate and the range of products was very comprehensive. So far the quality of our purchases seems excellent and the service and delivery perfect. Managed assembly but would benefit with some instructions. Will definitely return to Oz Design Kotara.

It was easy to find what we were looking for. The store is beautifully displayed and easy to navigate. Emma and Catherine were very helpful and accommodating in getting what we wanted and to our satisfaction.We did not have ant problem in assembling the furniture we bought. We are very happy with our purchase at Oz Design and will definitely go back there in the future.

Store was in close proximity to home but not high on my preferred store list. Surprised with product range and the quality. Sales Assistant was more than helpful answering and assisting with selecting the products I was seeking. A satisfied customer.

The service at the Kotara store was wonderful. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Delivery was prompt but I am unable to attach the handles because the screws are not long enough. This piece of furniture was not cheap- very disappointed that I have to purchase screws to complete the assembly

The choice was a factor in our decision to purchase here. We customised our lounge to suit our space and had an excellent range of fabric too. The sales staff were very informed about the products and very patient and helpful which made our decisions easier.

Had to take a floor model after the fact where they stated they had warehouse stock of the two leather lounges we purchased. 2 days later they rang and said they did not and would NOT reduce price for the floor stock or wait 2 months for new stock. 6 wishbone chairs also purchased with 6 in stock at the time then at time of delivery they only had 5 and they gave a "loan" chair for the 6th. On day of delivery they stated only 1 lounge was being delivered after they stated the second one had not been "connected" to the order and they would deliver it a week later.

Staff at the store were extremely helpful, patient and suggested lots of different design ideas. Paid for premium delivery so products were unpackaged and set up for me, boxes were taken away. Unfortunately one product was incorrect, which was a fault by the salesperson when ordering. I immediately phoned the store, nothing was a problem and a replacement item was delivered the following day.

We purchased an awesome dining table. The store has a range of modern furniture in different styles to suit most modern designs. Quality is excellent and super easy to assemble.

Browsing store was easy and found good range of rattan cane items. Purchased a cane mirror that wasn’t on display because it sold out before Xmas. Nice sales women showed it to me online and I was happy to wait short while for it to arrive to shop. Was helped by staff to car with it. Beautiful!
