Store and selection great, service overall good, very happy with purchase. Lack of communication regarding when my order was coming and I had to chase myself for a few days though.

It's a nice piece we bought. Overpriced like everything in the world (except petrol- can you believe that? ) but it suits our place. Delivery cost we're ridiculously expensive ( considering the cost of petrol). Staff were about as excited to see us as i am when visiting my mother in law.

The store is great, very interesting & quality products, I should say its expensive. we really loved the desk, the small literature on the table was very nice, we are happy that wood is 100 years old & our purchase is helping community to replant trees.

When I called to order the lady on the phone was so professional and polite made ordering a sofa very easy.
I came a week early which was nice.
Delivered to the door and the delivery people brought it up the stairs.
Product we saw in store so was as advertised.

Very helpful in store. Diagrams and options effective in tailoring sofa to our needs. Very happy with the delivery process and end product. Obtaining colour sample helped us choose something that suited. Would recommend to product and customer experience to others.

Dealing with the store was fantastic but there were 3 damaged dining chairs and damaged corner of dresser which we are waiting on to be delivered but they are delayed.

Dissatisfied totally with product quality and care factor from store manager. Paid for quality dining suite and got a lemon. Tasmanian oak dining suite and backrest and seat pad totally destroyed. Not even offered replacement back or seat pads. Paid good $$$ for cheap quality. Stay away!!!!

We looked "everywhere" trying to find a chair and three seater in leather for a smallish room. We found them at Oz Design and were assisted by two wonderful ladies. We were told it would take 12 weeks for delivery from overseas and even as the current global pandemic arrived, delivery took only one week extra. A small amount of assembly and they look and feel great. Thankyou Oz Design.

Purchased a beautiful 2.5m teak dining table with a live edge and matching bench seat. Got it for a bargain half price because it was floor stock. The Castle Hill store has really nice furniture for many different styles. So happy with my purchase. Will definitely go back, but need to keep an eye on the sales as retail price can be quite expensive.

Very comfortable as a sofa but also as a bed. Top quality fabric. Store staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Delivered in 3 weeks for custom made sofa bed.
