Dissatisfied totally with product quality and care factor from store manager. Paid for quality dining suite and got a lemon. Tasmanian oak dining suite and backrest and seat pad totally destroyed. Not even offered replacement back or seat pads. Paid good $$$ for cheap quality. Stay away!!!!

The ladies in the Auburn NSW store owner were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture in the store. The store overall is well presented, all the furniture was decorated and displayed in a very homely way. We've purchased several furniture items from this store over the past few years and have found them all to be of high quality. We still have a kitchen buffet which is about 15 years old and still going strong. The TV cabinet and dining table that we recently purchased was delivered on a time and the drivers were total professional. Thanks again Oz Design

Picked up a couch and had to assemble the legs on the bottom to realise that one corner hadn't been attached properly missing three screws. We didn't have time to take it back to the store and wait for another one so had to fix it ourselves.

It was quite disappointing, after paying GOOD money for a table and four chairs, that we have to assemble every piece by ourselves! Let alone the time it took...
If I wanted furniture that I have to assemble by myself, I would rather have gone to IKEA.

Love the Auburn store.. easy to navigate, park and view furniture in situ and the staff were fabulous. Easy to order furniture and easy to pickup. Very happy with my purchase. Absolutely recommend.

We were looking for a replacement dining room table and chairs as we are downsizing. We walked into the store and immediately saw a smaller version of our existing dining room table. There were many quality choices, but we found the one we wanted. Charlane Yang was very professional and pleasant, without being pushy. Charlane remembered us when we returned to the store one week later to make the purchase and offered to hold our purchase until we were ready to have it delivered. We paid a little extra to have the table and chairs unpacked, assembled with all rubbish removed on delivery. This happened without incident and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Sales persons were helpful and accurate about when my item could be picked up, even was helpful in helping place item in the car. Really love my new coffee table, the store looks very nice every time i walk into it. will be visiting again soon!

The store was brimming with ideas. The staff were helpful and inspiring.
The sofa bed we bought was made in Australia and they even checked whether a fabric I chose could be made into a sofa with the fabric width. It could but they described the seam. So I chose another fabric. It’s all the small details that they knew because of their experience that provided me with a top quality and much loved sofa bed. The product was delivered ahead of schedule and the entire process was terrific. OzDesign is now my go-to shop for interior products.

Lovely customer service help me choose the furniture as I had measured restriction. The Hampton style tv unit and table look lovely in my house and are great quality will shop here again in the future

Very easy to navigate the store. There were lots of staff, ready to help. Product range was as good as every where else. Product quality was great.
Did not want to assemble this myself, if I did I would have chosen Ikea.

I'm an old-timer, but there's nothing "old-time" about the quality of product and service from Auburn's Oz Furniture - manager, Moe, was incredibly helpful and flexible, even personally delivering one of my items, the delivery men were on time and pleasant, and my lounge-room looks sensational - could I ask for anything more, allowing George Clooney isn't available?
