We ordered two designer customized armchairs from Ozdesign and were amazed to see when it got delivered to us.
We were told it will take upto 6 weeks for delivery but we got it only within 2 weeks which really won my heart!

The store had a large range for us to view and after a large comparison shop we always came back to Oz-Design. The reason was the quality of the furniture and staff were very open and helpful. We even got the offer of floor stock which was in as new condition.

We spent a lot of time deciding on our lounge and the colour, there were so many to choose from. The staff were very helpful and took time showing us all the different materials. Afterwards we realised that we had chosen the wrong colour. I went back to the store the next day and asked to change the colour. It was not a problem. We were told approx. 4-6 week delivery time but was delivered in 3.

Auburn Oz Design is the best store, easy to see everything in stock, huge selection, great service and never a let down buying Australian made lounges.

The Auburn store is very well set out and easy to browse around. I found the perfect chair and I am very happy with it in my room. It seems good quality and was very easy to assemble by myself.

I purchased some furniture in store and had a small issue with one of the chair legs, I emailed customer care and within a few days I had a new one sent over with great communication by Samantha and the experience was all wonderful. Great work guys!

After our item was delivered it seemed to be defected. Through a few emails exchanges with Samantha from customer care we were able to easily receive a non-defected product.

Arrived at allocated time when booked, however it was damaged. I contacted customer which got back to me within the next business day or so.

They organised a replacement and checked it was fine. Replacement was delivered all fine and now we’re enjoying our great couch.

We purchased instore. Friendly and helpful from day one. We needed a replacement, this was completed thoroughly, no hassles and no problems.

I purchased items in store. The service was great. The delivery was on time. Even though I had to return the dinner table due to a fault, the new table was delivered ASAP. Not much to complain.
