I purchased the Marble coffee at Auburn OZ design..which much be 100% Carrara Marble the match with my place ...However, I had mention to the manager he said 100% natural Carrara Marble ...I find out ..it not real Marble ...I call to cancel and I don’t even have the product ..my point of view is the main reason I purchase this coffee table because I obsessed with real natural marble

Very soft spoken and professional Team
Purchase made at store. Sales person at store was genuinely helpful and gave us enough time to make a choice.
Though initially a defective product was delivered. The customer service's response and replacement was pleasantly reassuring and timely. Keep up the good job and Thanks for every thing.

Worst experinace and very bad quality
The delivery is never on time as promised the staff are very rude and aggressive they don’t give updates right on time.worst experience will never go to the shop again

Terrible service
The customer service will not tell you the truth before the purchasing, so be careful with your purchasing, as you may find out more problems, like the delivery or customer service

Excellent Customer Service But Poor Product Quality
I purchased six Valerie Dining Chairs in June 2017. One broke a few months later, while my husband was sitting on it. We had the chair replaced. Another chair broke after I sat on it in April this year, while pregnant. For the chairs not to last even 12 months is very disappointing and shows a manufacturing defect. The customer service team were very lovely and gracious to deal with, and all six chairs were refunded and picked up for disposal.

Matters rectified.
I made my purchase in the Auburn store, very friendly, helpful, and had my lounge delivered within 4 days. Compared with other places that had a 6 week wait.
Unfortunately my ottoman was the wrong color, though through customer service they managed to find me the correct colour and it was delivered and replaced 2 weeks later, small mishap that was disappointing however it was rectified, and so I’m very happy.

Furniture looks great!
We have bough are dinning table and chairs visiting OZ Design store in Auburn. Service was very helpful and patient until we have made our decision, providing valuable advice. Our order was delivered in few days and except a small issue with one of the chairs legs that was replaced in a weeks time we are happy with our purchase so far.

Warranty claim on 3 year old lounge - Credit given towards new lounge
The springs /foam of a lounge purchased in 2015 began to deteriorate. The lounge could not be replaced but a credit was given for the purchase price. We picked a new lounge and it was delivered free within 5 weeks. Happy customer.

Replacement of Faulty Chair
We Bought the Milo Ink chair, Staff in store and over the phone are very helpful, especially when we had to get a replacement as one chair was faulty.

Poor Customer Service, Faulty Products and Table looks nothing like in showrooms
Don't waste your money buying at Oz Design.
We received a table and 1 chair that was faulty. The customer service wanted us to keep the 2m table in our longue room for 3 weeks until they organized a replacement. We were told by customer service it is our choice to keep it in the longue room.
The store manager at Auburn was rude to my partner because the legs and table top were misaligned and he couldn't understand that.
When we got our table, the table top was orange, brown and black spots, nothing like the store.
The table is disgusting and I will take it to the tip and buy elsewhere.

I have had a very similar experience to other reviews on here.
I originally made my purchase at the Auburn store in October. Unfortunately, when I took the canvas home and unwrapped it I realised the frame was warped and it was not possible to hang it on the wall. As with all retailers, I thought I'd be able to just walk back into the store where I purchased it from and get a refund- WRONG. I had to wait for the coming Monday to call the customer service team, to explain my problem then send an email with the photos. THIS THEN TOOK 11 WEEKS...Read more
BEFORE THEY REPLACED the canvas. **Note- You cannot contact the customer service department on a weekend so you have to take time out of your work day just to contact them.** The item they replaced it with was in even worse condition and now, instead of issuing me with a refund as this has taken so much out of my time and money they have advised they will not do anything about this until they speak to their supplier which is again taking weeks to get an answer. They are not taking responsibility and I would never again shop here or recommend them to anyone. In addition to the issue with the refund- I also had an awful experience with the manager [Name Removed] at the Auburn store who was one of the rudest most arrogant people in retail I have ever come across. I will never yell, use profanties or send abuse yet from the moment I advised him I had an issue he was yelling at me and telling me he didn't care and swearing at me.Similar opinion? Rude salesperson, worst quality ever!!!
I purchased a table and 4 chairs about 2 month ago, and asked them to keep it till I move in, the sales person at Auburn store was very nice and helpful.
Finally I booked my delivery for today and they came in and threw our boxes and disappeared!
Opened the first box and started the installation of the table till realised the table is faulty and the is a missing bolt for one of the stands.

Excellent Customer Serive
We purchased 4 pieces of furniture in store. The lady that served us was professional and friendly. When the furniture arrived two of the pieces were marked, so we rang the store explained our issue and attached some photos. Within two days they had replied to our enquiry and offered to replace the pieces within 1 week. The girls from the Auburn Store and Customer Service were very helpful and kept their word. The two damaged pieces were replaced within 1 week without question. It's a long time since I have received this level of customer service. We are very happy with our furniture, friendless of the staff and how they handled the situation. Would definitely return to the store and purchase again.

Amazing customer service
I had ordered a dining table which had a few imperfections that we weren't entirely happy with. A customer service representative contacted us same day and resolved the issue within the same week.. I have no issue recommending them. Good quality furniture and amazing customer service when it's needed.

Lion Print
I wanted a print that wasn't available online and the customer service lady replied to my email request in an hour and then with four mishaps (technical difficulties) messages back and forth she was so so lovely and got it up for me to purchase! VERY happy with the service!

Happy with the service
I have purchased a few furnitures from the Auburn stores and got delivery ontime. There are a few items which have scrched and we reported back to the service department. They arranged for the replcement ontime. Of of the item we even arranged two replacments. Althought it still did not meet our expection, the service desk help us to have the full refund from the supplier without any issue.

Can't get their story right!
I went into the Auburn store and bought a sofa mid Jan 2017. The first visit, the sales lady told me that the container would arrive on the 6th, and it would take a week before it would be delivered to my place. Fast forward to 8th, another sales lady told me the container had arrived, but they wouldn't be able to know when the delivery date would be because they don't know which container my sofa is in and the order of which the containers are unloaded. delivery, I was told it was JUST ARRIVED on the 13th of Feb and it would take a week to be unloaded but he wasn't sure what date it would be. 3 sales people, 3 different stories, and over 2 grand on a sofa which is causing a lot of grief as we have been waiting for a sofa for a while now and we find it very frustrating that each time the story we get is different.Similar opinion? Using incapable contractors for delivery. Took more than 1 month to get a delivery.
Purchased a set of sofas in store.
Booked for delivery during a week day. No time frame could be allocated, and was told that we just had to wait at home the whole day (one of the family member had to take time off work).
No one showed up. No phone call, no email.
We tried contacting them couple of times next day, and they've told us there was a "system" error so they didn't do any deliveries. Didn't even bother contacting the customers about their cancelled delivery.
Delivery got pushed back another 2 weeks.
