My husband and I purchased our lounge (ARVE 3 seater to be precise) on the 11/10/15, it is now the 26/11/15 and after numerous calls to your office in Aurburn we were told by [name removed] that our lounge would be delivered to AUS on the 7th November and to allow 1 week for the container to pass custom. We patiently waited and rang the following Monday 16th November to confirm delivery only to be told by a male staff that the container was not at the warehouse but should clear and to call back on the 24th to confirm delivery.

called and spoke to [name removed] again who advised the lounge had not arrived, and was told there is a shut down on their warehouses due to a relocation therefore delivery wouldn't be made till the next following week. Naturally this is not acceptable & I made a complaint, I was then placed on hold and then told the lounge was indeed available for delivery and should be delivered this Saturday 28th Nov. Today on the 26th, my husband called and spoke to the same male staff from the 16th who advised him there was a 99% chance of delivery but 1% it wouldn't (not very reassuring considering the 1%) and was told it was not at the warehouse however if delivery was to be made Saturday, we would receive a text message from the driver. (At this point we still were not satisfied), so I called myself and spoke to the same male staff who advised the same issue, and explained he worked in the dispatch area and knows the lounge is not at the warehouse. This obviously contradicts my conversation with [name removed] on the 24th who confirmed the lounge was available for delivery. So naturally again this is upsetting so I complained to the male staff pointing out the miscommunication on their end and questioned why we were receiving mixed information. He placed me on hold and returns advising the lounge is now delivered and I should receive it this Saturday. Hmmmm OZ Design Furniture as you can see you have one very unhappy/dissatisfied customer, oh but as per your staffs comment, he doesn't mind I write this review because it's "not his problem", great customer service you have there. Absolutely Trash Quality and service
2 intimidating delivery guys arrive with the first set of furniture in 15+ boxes and tell me to sign the docket without checking. Next thing you know, the buffet cabinet that was delivered is cracked in half. I call them for a refund, but they insist on replacing it. Two weeks later they come in with the cabinet piece inboxes and wrapped in some disgusting rug. hey opened it just to ensure it wasn't cracked the second time. This is purely acting in bad faith. Giving me a inferior product just because I wasn't happy with the first cracked one? Absolutely appalling. Never shop here, no matter how nice the shop people are. Really hope there's gonna be a class action lawsuit on them.

very bad delivery service so rude !
Ordered some furniture from the Alburn store. Sales people are very nice and friendly. when it came down to delivery, it is a totally different story. The delivery guy is so rude. Just dumped the furniture in the middle of the room. And want us to sign on the delivery paper ! When we said we'd like to have a look at the goods first before we sign. He basically didn't give a sh*t and just left! Worst experience ever.! I'd say stay away from them !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM OZ DESIGN
The furniture is beautiful, but the service and quality is horrendous. We bought a table from there and due to defects, we have had it replaced once. The second table turned up only to have more defects. They promised another replacement and here we sit on Saturday expecting delivery of this third table and it's not coming. Of course they didn't tell us it won't be delivered today, we had to call and find this out for ourselves. So, now we expect a Tuesday delivery, who knows if it will arrive and if it does, we have NO CONFIDENCE that it will be acceptable. Poor, poor service and terrible quality control. I'll never buy from them again.

Kent Sofabed, Its wonderful sleeping on Metal Rods
The sofa arrived when we were away, when we opened it we found that the mechanism had been put in upside down. There are metal bars on the top of the cover instead of being underneath.It was too late to get an exchange as we needed it for christmas. When we rang the company we were told that the factory would be closed until the 15th january . ne call that that is how a sofabed is made, and the matter had been sorted. What kind of customer service is this. I am still waiting for a reply from the factory confirming that they now put metal rods on the top, so the mattress has a nice ridged effect. After paying nearly a thousand dollars i am not impressed. The sofa is very comfortable, when it is not being used as a bed. The bed mechanism is on the wrong waySimilar opinion? Absolutely shocking service. Nearly six months and we still don't have what we paid for!
The service we have received from oz design has been appalling. Nearly six months after ordering our products we still don't actually have what we have paid for, despite that fact that oz design has had our money all that time.
Even our complaint emails have gone unresponded to!

n the dealy - we only found out by calling them ourselves and got no apology at all) and even then the chairs weren't ready. The chairs finally arrived a few weeks later but one was damaged. It has taken another 7 weeks for the replacement chair to come (again delayed but with no call to tell us the problem or to apologise) but now both the colour of the leather and the shape of the chair are different so it looks totally ridiculous with the others and is not a set. And now we can't get anyone at the company to actually respond to us. Worst Customer Experience Ever!! Buyers Beware
Wish I had read other reviews before I went to their shop. Went on Sat and things got delivered on Sun. One of the dining table legs was broken. Rang them twice and was told that they would call back. No response. Surfed the net to read their reviews and then really got worried. (Should have done this earlier). So went to their store again to speak to whoever was in charge. Spoke to a guy who just yelled at us and said "what do you want me to do, Its Sunday." during my uni days and never spoke to anyone that way. Was so outraged that I went into the store again and gave him a bit of a spray. Don't know how they keep their jobs. If one doesn't want to serve and treat customers well, go and get a job somewhere else. But if you do decide to take a job in customer service, what part of "customer service" don't you understand!! poor customer service
don't buy their furniture. I bought their 2 piece lounge suite with adjustable headrest in December. It took 2 months to delivery my place.When delivering the goods they broke my mall. There are several holes in the dust bag,the worst thing, they can't install the leg due to faulty design. The man said he can't fix the problem, He need report to his manager,after 1 week, no one contact me. I tried to contact them the several times.Every time, they promised me will contact me ASAP and give me a solution.Actually,no one call me.This morning, i called them again,the customer service said he had no idea and hanged out my phone. I never never want to deal them again.
