I'm an old-timer, but there's nothing "old-time" about the quality of product and service from Auburn's Oz Furniture - manager, Moe, was incredibly helpful and flexible, even personally delivering one of my items, the delivery men were on time and pleasant, and my lounge-room looks sensational - could I ask for anything more, allowing George Clooney isn't available? June of Merrylands.

There was a huge range of furniture.
All the staff were amazing especially Charlane. The delivery guys were awesome and it did take a while to assemble but it was ok.

We found this store had a great range of lounges to choose from. The one we chose was at the front door and was exactly what we were looking for at the right price. We had very good assistance without being too pushy. Very happy with our purchase

- Staff were extremely helpful in answering our questions, showing us options and educating us about things to look for and how to care for our sofa
- There were a few that we had our eye on and one that felt perfect
- We wanted to buy first and get it delivered a few weeks afterwards but that process was very easily managed and processed. When I called up they already knew who I was and so it was very stress free to make it happen
- Delivery was very smooth and quick
- Would definitely be happy to shop here again

Our bedside tables came with dents, the paint hadn't been sprayed well and there were dirt marks. For $250 a piece we expected much better from Oz Design Furnture. We called the store to arrange a new one sent but were told we would have to physically take the bedside back instead of the store arranging a new one to be delivered to us. Considering it was there mistake and we live an hour away from the store we find that to be really poor customer service.

The store had great options and the sales staff was extremely helpful and patient. The delivery team as well were prompt. Would definitely recommend using them for other furniture options as well

Couch is very comfortable, had a range of colours to choose from and the staff helpful, not pushy or giving you the hard sell. They gave me all the required info, and left me to choose myself. No assembly required and easily fits 3 people and the delivery was the easiest part! Will be buying again from this company, outshines cheaper competitors.

We were so relieved when we walked into the door of the Auburn store and finally found the TV unit we were looking for. Then found a matching buffet and bookcase - bonus! Our salesperson was very helpful advising us of the different pieces available and just before we walked out the door we spotted two stools that we just had to have as well. One stop shopping - and one delivery - fantastic.

Charlene provided outstanding customer service in the store and with follow up telephone conversations. On her days off she had informed others of what was happening with my purchase and delivery. The delivery service was also fantastic. Great experience all round.

Great product, easy to assemble. But we asked for black chair legs, and we got oak colour ones instead. I had to returned them another day, wasting my Saturday morning and toll money.

I was looking for a specific dining table and chairs. The staff helped me locate what I was after and even looked up options for other chairs for me. The pickup process was incredibly easy and straightforward even when I changed my decision about which store to collect from. Very accommodating, high level customer service.

I cannot rate our experience high enough!! 10 stars!!! We searched a number of stores for the perfect lounge and encountered a lot of disinterested staff members... until we entered Oz Design at Auburn and met Charlane! She was such a delight and nothing was too much trouble. Quotes organised, promised lead time delivered, friendly, efficient and a very comfy lounge to boot. Highly, highly recommend!!

I purchased a Wall Art Print and then changed my mind so was able to swap for a Nest of Tables which was perfect for my apartment. Thanks for being flexible with my credit note so I could walk away a happy customer. Thanks Moe for helping select product.

The store had a wide range of occasional chairs to choose from and also a wide range of fabrics for the upholstery. The quality is very high and sturdy. The salesman was ultra helpful and my goods were stored for me for an extra time.

Sales lady was very helpful. Explained everything. We bought it because it was a great product, exactly what we wanted and it’s made here in Australia. We are very happy with the lounge and it fits our space perfectly.

The products available were reasonable, the prices were OK and no discounts were possible. The product is a good Chinese make that should last many years. The chairs were not well priced so I did not buy them.

Great customer service from start to finish, very helpful and knowledgeable & couldn't do enough to help out with the purchase of our new sofa. Highly recommended & will definitely be back.
