Pleased with service, they gave me time to go home & measurement to make sure I chose the right size, all paper work was done so all I had to do was ring up & confirm which size I wanted & that saved me going back to the store.

We easily found the chair I was looking for at a very good price. The finish of the wood and leather was perfect. I suggest that all should look in on Ozdesign.

The store experience was very good. The initial delivery was an incorrect product. Saasha turned the problem into an opportunity to provide great service. Second delivery on time,, all good.

It was quite disappointing, after paying GOOD money for a table and four chairs, that we have to assemble every piece by ourselves! Let alone the time it took...
If I wanted furniture that I have to assemble by myself, I would rather have gone to IKEA.

Not happy about that

I entered the store not expecting to buy. However, the range (especially when I looked at the catalogue) was so extensive that I became interested, followed up with some excellent sales personnel and went on to purchase one item and have another on order. I would gladly order again from Oz Design.

Love my new bar cart, came assembled ready to go. The Oz Design staff we’re so helpful in assisting me to style it while in-store. Good product knowledge and friendly staff

Lady Instore was helpful explained my options for delivery and also pick up (and what I could do if I wasn’t able to fit it in my car).

I never received a call from the pick up centre at rouse hill to say my product was in. It was only that I called them with 4 weeks having passed to see whether it had arrived that I found out it was there.

The man who helped me load my car was great. Very helpful and kind helping me.

Excellent service in store, communication after purchase on phone and text also excellent. Furniture arrived without any issues and the installation and set up by transport staff was absolutely outstanding. There was quite a bit of furniture and when assembled, couldn’t be happier with the quality of each piece.

Wide product range, extremely satisfied with purchase, professional service, a lovely store providing plenty of variety to suit all tastes. It was easy to find what we were looking for. The store is beautifully displayed and easy to navigate. Emma and Catherine were very helpful and accommodating in getting what we wanted and to our satisfaction.We did not have ant problem in assembling the furniture we bought. We are very happy with our purchase at Oz Design and will definitely go back there in the future.

Console table was just what we were looking for but there were a number of other options to choose from.

Store was in close proximity to home but not high on my preferred store list. Surprised with product range and the quality. Sales Assistant was more than helpful answering and assisting with selecting the products I was seeking. A satisfied customer.

We were advised in store incorrect packaging dimensions so we paid for delivery based on that information. We received 2 packages when delivered which we could have picked up ourselves and saved delivery fee

Lauren from Caringbah was without a doubt one of the most wonderful, attentive and professional ladies to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and even with a few hiccups along the way, Lauren ensured we were informed and updated.
Our “Hamptons” furniture is exactly what we had hoped for. Oz Design have been a wonderful company to deal with.

As soon as i walked in the store a lovely young lady came and asked if i needed any help (what a breath of fresh air compared to other big stores).
She helped me look at a number of different options of coffee tables and entertainment units. I went away to look at other stores but came back the same day and order what i wanted.
The delivery was going to be in March, and i got a wonderful surprise when i received a phone call to say me furniture was ready for delivery. i was very excited.
Great quality australian wooden furniture, no assembly required.

Extendable dining table: the store is well organised and the table caught my attention at once. It waa discounted heaps and had arranged a deliver with assembly in that same week. Love it.
