Very comfortable as a sofa but also as a bed. Top quality fabric. Store staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Delivered in 3 weeks for custom made sofa bed.

It was easy to navigate the store and find what we wanted. The staff were very helpful in locating products in other Oz Design stores if they didn’t have what we wanted to view. This beautiful lounge looks beautiful in our home.

Delivery prompt and friendly.
Console table was just what we were looking for but there were a number of other options to choose from.

The Penrith staff are friendly and helpful but I was very dissatisfied with the amount of time I had to wait for my order.
It was a Christmas present, and after the sale I was told it probably wouldn’t arrive at the store until the 27th dec

We recently purchased a leather armchair/footstool,and found the staff at Penrith to be very helpful.
They managed to have the piece transferred from their wharehouse to the store for us to pickup to save on delivery fee.
The chair was easy to assemble, and we have found it to be very comfortable to use.

It was great to walk into a store that sold good quality Australian made furniture. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the range of furniture was enough to help me with my decision.

Excellent, helpful instore service, ontime delivery, recliner chair joined together well but the foot stool could not be put together with the pieces supplied.... one piece had to be ground down thinner to fit... now it has been done, but we had to find someone to do it... which we thought poor condidering the cost was $799..

We purchased the 8 drawer buffet from the Porto Range. The delivery to Tasmania was very quick and not too expensive however the delivery man this end just left it on the doorstep, so to speak, with no assistance to unpack or place inside the house.
When we unpacked it, to make it lighter, we removed the drawers but when we replaced the drawers some slight variations in sizes made it very difficult to
do so. Some drawers are very hard to open.

The service I received from Julie was above and beyond. She stayed back after her finishing time to assist me and even rang her manager with an enquiry for me.

We entered the store, immediately saw the dining chairs. We ordered the chairs over the phone after a staff member had given us the chair measurements to check with at home.
Can’t fault anything. The phone order was excellent, the staff member in store was very helpful and delivery to our home was great. Well done!

Quick and helpful service when purchasing hot price product. Ordered chairs which arrived in store a day later due to being in stock. Chose to pick them up myself but had to wait a while in loading zone due to lack of available staff to assist in the handover at the back of the store. Only one person was working to answer phone, assist and serve customers on floor and deal with pickups so it would have been better service with another customer service person available to help.

The store was good to navigate. There were plenty of options available. The wall unit was ‘different’ to any I had seen. It was good quality. It was a bit pricey but I got it on sale.

Store was great lady very helpful ordered 2 chairs picked up the following week and ordered 2 more but unfortunately we are still waiting to take delivery of the final 2.
