The Experience of shopping with the ream at Rutherford store was so easy.
The delivery arrived on time and the product was delivered and set up to my expectation.

Easy to find what we wanted. The service was helpful. The quality of the products were great. A little bit of confusion around how to attach the mirror to the dresser. The rest was already assembled.

Extendable dining table: the store is well organised and the table caught my attention at once. It waa discounted heaps and had arranged a deliver with assembly in that same week. Love it.

it was on display and just the colours I was looking for. it was just in front of the desk as I walked in randomly. it is very good quality and looks great.

Oz Design has a large range of furniture and decorative items which helped us firm up our ideas for our house. We found their products to be well made and easy to assemble. We were determined to buy a solid timber product from Australian timber which was still affordable. Staff were helpful and accommodating with our pickup arrangements.

the staff were very helpful showing me different dinning table and chairs, the quality of furniture great and easy to assemble, we are very happy we our purchase and would shop shop at oz-design again .

I was looking for a particular item which I found. The sales staff were very helpful. The two girls I initially spoke to lent me the leather swatches so I could match the colour to my existing furniture. I then spoke to Gary who was also particularly helpful. He arranged to have the chair delivered to his story and assembled the chair for me (at a small cost). I was more than happy with the customer service and I'm also very happy with my 'Reggie' chair and ottoman.

The desk we ordered was received when promised and fairly simple to assemble.A small adjustment was required to the filing draw as would not accommodate A4 folders with file names attached.Being able to pay balance over the phone saved another trip to the storeLooks great in our home and if we need anything else will look at Oz Design first.Thankyou.

Huge range it took me forever to choose & now more than happy with choice, my partner assembled desk with no problems & living room furniture came assembled, just had to unwrap packaging.

Store is easy to navigate and well laid out to assist you to make the right choices. Good quality furniture and I like that it was mostly assembled. I do shop here though because the staff are helpful and very knowledgeable

Easy parking, very knowledgeable & helpful staff members, easy parking. Very happy with the product, we did not have to assemble ourselves which was a major bonus. We arranged to pick up from warehouse rather than in store & communication ran smoothly.

Found the perfect wee to finish my dining room space, was able to custom order the size that would suit my space and it arrived 4 weeks earlier than expected.

The Rutherford Store is well set out and all designs compliment each other. The range of products are unique and attract the eye. The customer Service was prompt and understanding. The quality of the products are good. And it was easy to assemble any small pieces of furniture together.

I had a great experience, the staff member who helped was very helpful, the store was easy to get around, the prices were great and my items were awesome. They floor stock so I was quite happy to take them home with me! I went again today and had the same staff member who was more then helpful

I love browsing through the Rutherford store, the way it is laid out is awesome. You can clearly see how well certain pieces go together. The customer service is awesome, staff always go out of their way to help.

The store was well set out (beautiful displays), the staff were friendly and helpful and I found the perfect print for my plantation style lounge room! They also have a beautiful range of cushions.

Warehouse collection times and days from Tomago unrealistic for people who work, pick up times Tuesday - Thursday 9-3pm. Purcashed on the Saturday 25% off sale a week later ripped off

The item I purchased was fine but the delivery people left me with mud on my carpet which has taken several applications of carpet cleaner to remove. Not that I think this is unique to Oz furniture but I wish these people would be more considerate - they are being paid to do a job have some pride in your work.
