The ladies in the Auburn NSW store owner were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture in the store. The store overall is well presented, all the furniture was decorated and displayed in a very homely way. We've purchased several furniture items from this store over the past few years and have found them all to be of high quality. We still have a kitchen buffet which is about 15 years old and still going strong. The TV cabinet and dining table that we recently purchased was delivered on a time and the drivers were total professional. Thanks again Oz Design

Unbelievable to deal with . Very professional and accommodating. They offered a swap for our unique coffee table if we were happy with the one we received. They were helpful and true o their word. I'd highly recommend them. The prices were sensational when compared to the high quality of the item we peuchased.

It was easy to navigate the store and find what we wanted. The staff were very helpful in locating products in other Oz Design stores if they didn’t have what we wanted to view. This beautiful lounge looks beautiful in our home.

Misleading, furniture looks nothing like stain colour I choose, followed up my concerns with customer care giving me so many excuses for why it looks like that, basically saying l should of known better.l cannot believe they think l would be happy on how my furniture looks, it’s clearly not the same.What a joke, l certainly won’t be recommending my family and friends to shop at oz design.

Good range to choose from - I bought dining chairs, assembled myself and they were such good quality. It was a pleasure to build them. I’ve assembled lots of things over the years. These ones? The absolute pinnacle :)

Our new lamps work perfectly with our coastal decor. The staff at Kotara were very helpful to make sure we were happy with our choice. Pick up was effortless and again the staff were great.

We were very impressed with the friendly, helpful service we received in store. Delivery was very speedy, and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. The lounge was very well packaged on delivery and easy to assemble. A great price for such a lovely piece of furniture.

We ordered two barstools and had to wait 2 weeks as they weren’t in stock, they finally arrived and we collected them from their warehouse, got home and assembled them only to find that one of them is about 4” higher than it should have been. We called them to advise and were told it was an issue at the warehouse because all the components are individually selected so the correct legs would have gone to another customer and we seemed to have received their legs.
We were informed the legs would need to be reordered and therefore wait another 3 weeks...shame really!

After 3 months of investigations Oz Design have finally told me that yes, my sofa is so firm and uncomfortable compared to the in store model as a different foam was used in mine.
They continue to refuse to provide a refund, but are offering the second hand used store cushions as their only solution.

This company lacks all common decency, misadvertises their products and blames customers for the company's mistakes. Do not buy from these people.

Bought a couch and are very disappointed with the quality. Extremely hard lower cushions but worst of all the bottom cushions slide right out from under you. Contacted them, they will not let you speak to any higher management but replied via email to say there’s no issues and that’s their final decision.
I will be taking the matter to fair trading and will never buy from them again. Abysmal post-sale customer service.

Picked up a couch and had to assemble the legs on the bottom to realise that one corner hadn't been attached properly missing three screws. We didn't have time to take it back to the store and wait for another one so had to fix it ourselves.

We road-tested several couches from different stores at Moore Park Supa Centre and choose one from Oz Design Furniture. They were happy to deliver it five weeks later when we were due to move into our new place. The delivery people were great and we received it on the designated day.

Assembly was easy (five legs, 13 screws) and the quality is great.

My only critique is I think they need at least one more person on the floor to attend to shoppers. Given current pandemic circumstances, this is probably a little academic.

Totally happy.
