Misleading, furniture looks nothing like stain colour I choose, followed up my concerns with customer care giving me so many excuses for why it looks like that, basically saying l should of known better.l cannot believe they think l would be happy on how my furniture looks, it’s clearly not the same.What a joke, l certainly won’t be recommending my family and friends to shop at oz design.

We had been searching for the perfect canvas prints for months the ladies were so helpful every time we came into the store. We finally made a purchase and could not be happier our walls finally have the pictures they deserve!

A large range of products. I was looking for a console table - I couldn't find anything I liked in several other stores, but Oz design had unique furniture I hadn't seen in other stores. The quality of the product I bought was great. I did not need to assemble anything myself. Very quick & easy.

Store had what we wanted, were very helpful while we considered the appropriate colour and texture. We were able to take samples away to see how they matched our room in different lights.

The chest of drawers purchase was a good experience in all respects. In store service was great, options and delivery explained professionally. Delivery communication was excellent and men who delivered the product took it upstairs, unwrapped and positioned it for me. Nothing negative to be said! Quality of product as I expected. Very happy with whole process.

All other aspects good. Furniture arrived in estimated time. Delivery detailes were communicated well and it was delivered within estimated time. Quality of furniture as displayed in store. Assembly was easy - except for having to turn over the table once legs were attached - it weighted 96kgs!

Contacted store at West Gosford after looking at the Derwent Buffet twice and ordered through Debbie. Very helpful and assisted with my purchase. The timber is beautiful with sleek lines in style.

We saw a side table we liked unfortunately the store only had one in stock so we had to order and wait for delivery. OZ design kept us updated re order and when available for pick up we were called, staff where very helpful. Very happy with service and side tables.

We moved into a new home and required several new pieces of furniture and we obtained all we wanted at the West Gosford Store. Sales staff were very helpful in making our decisions, We made several trips to the store and all store were helpful, Natascha processed the follow up and Kate provided the back up on subsequent trip. Personalities were A+, in handling our concerns

As I mentioned it was a great experience. The stock was of a high standard the staff were helpful and efficient and I will go back for home decor at a later time. My only complaint was that there was quite a high charge on delivery when I could not fit the art work in the car. Having spent over $3000 plus it would of been nice to have free delivery service for my Art work.

The sales lady who helped me, Natascha Bailey made my experience a lot easier, gave me attention and helped me navigate the store and find what I wanted.product quality is 100% .

Great professional service from Jennifer at West Gosford. Good communication received when delivery was due. We opted to pick up and this was seamless also.
No assembly needed but furniture wrapped well.

Oz design has a great product range, as well personable staff who were very helpful in ordering in products I was after from their quality suppliers, will definitely be shopping with them again!

Have been looking at this leather recliner and footstool for a year as it was so comfortable. Finally bought it and love it. Putting it together was a nightmare as instructions worse than IKEA but guy at store was very helpful. I f8nally got it together bar one screw on arm rest I just couldnt line up but hasnt affected use.

Very unhappy - I was lead to believe this was locally made furniture and that my sofa would be delivered in 4 weeks - at 4 weeks I was told that the sales person was new and that in fact my sofa would take 8-10weeks leading me to believe this was not a locally made item but rather an offshore made in China product which is exactly what I did not want! - I feel I have been deliverately mislead and lied to.

The thing that made my shopping experience great was the staff. I bought quite a few items and visited many times before deciding. The staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly and extremely approachable. I couldn’t have managed without their input

I was a little out of my depth with choosing chairs to match my dining table. I had 2 visits and both times received helpful feedback, and having flexibility to bring home 2 options to get a real life visual really helped with making the final decision.
