Very happy with the service I received at time of purchase. Picked up goods myself and assembled table myself as well. Very easy assembly.

The store had an excellent range of high quality furniture to choose from. We found the perfect lounge for our very family focused, relaxed media room. We were lucky that the colour and configuration we wanted was in stock. The staff were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend.

The staff at Ozdesign were friendly and more than happy to accomodate all our needs. The store set out is lovely and quality seems very good and delivery was prompt and professional.

Very good display in this store Unfortunately my first choice of fabric was out of stock/discontinued but sales rep was great advising me just in time to be able to choose a substitute and get order finalised before Christmas cut off date.

The store is very open and well laid out. The range of styles of furniture was extensive, with something for every taste. The lounge we bought is well made and soooooo comfortable! We had to slot the 2 halves of the lounge together and place the slip cover over, but this was very easy.

Manager about what I needed - was unable to stage property due to this - poor staffing but that is what u get on the central coast

After looking at many other furniture stores we found Oz Design. The lay out of the store was good as to us they had many "refreshing" furniture options and ideas to suite all budgets. We purchased an entertainment unit and buffet in the style that we liked. We found the furniture to us was well constructed and heavy and well built. The service provided by the sales team was helpful working with us to compare options and styles with no pressure/urgency to make a sale. It took 3 visits back to the store after looking at other stores to confirm in our minds that they had the best styles, quality and price. The furniture looks truly good in the house completing the design, style and colour that we were after. Very happy;

when entering the store i was not greeted straight away, which i like. I dont like to be hassled and over chatted too. The sales lady picked up on that straight away after introducing her self. Deb was very knowledgeable on the product, and could deliver answers to all my questions without having to look it up. I only approach middle or mature age sale people. The store was easy to navigate and the layout made it easy to compare furniture, there was a great range too, we bought a dining setting and entertainment unit and it is great quality, I am a carpenter and am very fussy with timber furniture and these items are so well built, we didn't have to assembly anything as we paid for the premium delivery, which included assembly and removal of all packaging, money well spent.

I searched online first & then viewed it in store so my husband could check the quality. It’s well made & strong. Attaching the legs was easy. Beautiful design for a coastal setting

There were many options available and I didn’t intend purchasing anything on the day. The sales person was welcoming but didn’t apply any pressure. Once I saw the Jude chair I realised it was exactly what I was looking for

There was no assembling required & Jennifer & Killarney were most helpful and loaded the chairs into my car. I purchased something totally different from my initial choice, but was extremely happy with the new choice, they are very comfortable & look perfect in my new home. I always love wandering around the store, and look forward to taking delivery of my next purchase.

The store was well presented, lovely helpful staff. Easy purchase process & delivery costs & process explained in detail on purchase. Debbie the store assistant was very friendly & followed up the whole purchase with such a lovely manner.

Absolutely loved shopping in this store, the layout was easy to navigate around and the stock was beautiful. When my purchases arrived they were easily assembled and put into their new space. They look amazing and everyone asks where they are from.

Very friendly staff and a high quality range of products. The biggest problem was the delivery when only half of it arrived. Debbie(?) at the store was extremely apologetic and followed up the other half of the order which arrived three days later.

Misleading, furniture looks nothing like stain colour I choose, followed up my concerns with customer care giving me so many excuses for why it looks like that, basically saying l should of known better.l cannot believe they think l would be happy on how my furniture looks, it’s clearly not the same.What a joke, l certainly won’t be recommending my family and friends to shop at oz design.

We had been searching for the perfect canvas prints for months the ladies were so helpful every time we came into the store. We finally made a purchase and could not be happier our walls finally have the pictures they deserve!

A large range of products. I was looking for a console table - I couldn't find anything I liked in several other stores, but Oz design had unique furniture I hadn't seen in other stores. The quality of the product I bought was great. I did not need to assemble anything myself. Very quick & easy.

Store had what we wanted, were very helpful while we considered the appropriate colour and texture. We were able to take samples away to see how they matched our room in different lights.

The chest of drawers purchase was a good experience in all respects. In store service was great, options and delivery explained professionally. Delivery communication was excellent and men who delivered the product took it upstairs, unwrapped and positioned it for me. Nothing negative to be said! Quality of product as I expected. Very happy with whole process.

All other aspects good. Furniture arrived in estimated time. Delivery detailes were communicated well and it was delivered within estimated time. Quality of furniture as displayed in store. Assembly was easy - except for having to turn over the table once legs were attached - it weighted 96kgs!

Contacted store at West Gosford after looking at the Derwent Buffet twice and ordered through Debbie. Very helpful and assisted with my purchase. The timber is beautiful with sleek lines in style.
