When I called to order the lady on the phone was so professional and polite made ordering a sofa very easy.
I came a week early which was nice.
Delivered to the door and the delivery people brought it up the stairs.
Product we saw in store so was as advertised.
No complaints and would use again.

We had a great customer experience and the instore manager was super helpful in explaining everything. Great prints, they look fantastic and received confirmation of when order was ready. Really impressed.

Service was first class all purchased products were easy to assemble and of good quality.
The furniture in the store was well positioned which made the store navigation easy.

Staff were all very accommodating, knowledgeable and service focussed. The staff member when I truned up to collect my goods as prearranged by phone, even had everything ready on a trolley for me. Products were as described and easy to assemble.

Very happy with our purchase and there was a nice range. The quality of the furniture was of a high standard. The store person was excellent not pushy however knew her products and gave some very good advice.

Looks beautiful and we get many comments. Exactly what we were after and when I finally saw this I had to just grab it -even though it is a bit expensive. Great help in the Homebush store - just a rediculous waiting time to get it transferred from Homebush to Bundall.

Easy to navigate, helpful staff, mostly good quality furniture. Bought a leather recliner and dining table, had to do some assembly ourselves however very easy. The DFO store has the same prices as all other stores.

That's the way shopping should be. Your customer service is great. Guaranteed l will be back again shopping for more items.

Found the store easy to navigate and the layout was good. The quality and range was excellent. The salesman was very helpful and friendly.

I was recommended by a friend to shop there and i'm glad i stopped by over the week end. Sonny was the one who served me and help me through my choices. I'm glad i didn't feel pressure to buy or feel like i'm wasting his time. I asked him a quote and he told me i can come back anytime and the price will be the same. First time shopper there and i'm totally happy with the level of customer service. Have to say that most of the reviews here make me a little bit anxious at shopping with oz design.

Worst customer ever. The girl was on her cell phone and didn t want to hang up . I walk out then come back again and she was still on the phone. See another worker, sitting on a couch. Told him i want to check the price of a table and he told me he can t move as his back hurt. Never never go ther again!

I have not received the item as of yet, but in terms of customer service I had a great experience with two salespeople at the store. Felt very well taken care of and they prioritized what I needed done.

October 8th 2017 Update: AMAZING customer service!

Lurece at the Homebush store was just an absolute dream to work with! As were the delivery team. I had such a pleasant experience ordering my couch, checking in on timeline, and having it delivered at the correct date and time, with care, consideration, and a friendly face! The couch looks PERFECT in my place. I'm so happy with it.

I bought a dining table set in DFO Homebush. The staff there Daniel was very helpful when we picked the table up. And after assembling I found out I missed one bolt, it wasn't that important Daniel from the shop provided me a temp one. And Kimberley from customer service was VERY good and quick response. She called me and emailed me to keep me updated with the case. I reckon the postage would be more expensive than the bolts. I used to work in retail and I understand how important customer service is. This time I was on the other side of customer service case and I was impressed. This is the best customer service I ever had. Keep up with the good work.

Few months ago bought off the floor tv entertainment unit understand that there were few scratches but we felt there was more damage done before they delivered it to us cheap crap bad delivery service!

Contrary to the reviews below, I had a great experience shopping with Oz Design. We ordered a couch over the phone with the DFO Homebush store and they were great! I read bad reviews on the company before purchasing and raised my concerns with the manager but she assured me that I will receive my couch on time and everything will be fine. She promised delivery within the week and sure enough, my couch arrived in less than a week!

It's perfect and we absolutely love it. Would definitely buy here again. Maybe different Oz Design outlets offer different services? I would recommend the DFO Homebush and Auburn store.
