I have visited the Helensvale store on several occasion and found the most helpful lady her name is Jeanette and my daughter and i were in the shop for over 2 hours and she went out of her way to help me with furniture for my new home

Really love the entertainment unit we purchased. Enjoy visiting this store for ideas and the good range of products. Delivery was also very efficient and the service from Jeanette at the store was great.

Staff were lovely up until the sale went through and then payments, delivery, communication was incredibly difficult. Customer service and focus was terribly lacking. Organising the delivery of the goods with the staff there was extremely difficult also.

The store was easy to navigate and not overcrowded or poorly layed out. The range of products in store was sufficient for the size of the store. I am very happy with the product I chose and I did not need to assemble it at all.

Our store experience was great. The staff were very friendly. It is our delivery experience that was outstanding. Unfortunately the wrong colour chairs were packed into the delivery truck. Even though the next delivery into our area was four days away Shannon went out of his way to deliver the correct colour chairs the next day. His communication skills were fabulous. There were constant updates and he was more than happy to fit in with us. We’ve never experienced such great friendly service. Thank you Shannon

all the staff were extremely helpful to help us find what we needed. the store is great. we assembled our dining table and didn't look at the instructions. very simple.

I love this store. Their merchandising is excellent. I enjoy seeing the variety of furniture and how they have styled the items together. Takes the guess work out when buying for your own home. Everything from their sofas, occasional chairs and art work is fresh and appealing along with their lovely and helpful service.

Great Store at Helensvale. We were a little worried that the display stock and the delivered stock might not be the same so the staff suggested we go and have a look at our table. We did and it put our minds at rest. Thanks

Sales lady was very helpful. There was a great range of furniture on the floor. The sofa I purchased was delivered at the correct time and with a call prior to delivery to confirm time.

Called into Southport store and selected a chair which we were very happy with. Staff members attitude not good so called Helensvale and different story. Luis and Nat were excellent during the sale and also we received the chairs on time and very happy. Told him we'd be back. Chairs were easy to assemble.

Love the bookcase that I purchased, the service was fantastic and my product arrived at my door within a week.

Bought an awesome carpet I saw in display and got a great deal! Had to order and it came quickly. Staff were very friendly. Great selection of furniture and decor

It was easy to get around the store which was spotless, the staff were helpful without been pushy,and were happy to go and get chairs from other displays to show me other looks with the table I liked. This was the best range I had seen after a long time looking.The delivery men where fast and polite, the only problem was all 5 boxes of chairs were ripped or had a leg sticking out, thankfully only one chair sustained damage and this was quickly replaced.
