The store was well set out, staff were helpful and there was a wide range of furniture to view and try. Our new Hamlet 3 seater sofa is super comfy and a great additional to our lounge room.

Moving to Qld from NSW in challenging times so we viewed the product in a NSW store and called the Helensvale store to process the order. Jeanette was excellent, she corresponded, followed up and delivered everything as discussed.

shop set up easy to navigate. We were greeted as wandered in but left alone to wander when we needed the time alone. Had been to different shop so knew product available not there. This was no issue as staff readily offered to procure for us

It was the first time we had walked into an OZ Design store and from the time we walked around the store, paid a deposit on two items of furniture, then walked out of the store and we said "how good that was talking with polite, knowledgeable and friendly staff together with the variety of items on show.

Staff were very helpful and friendly in store. I opted to pick up the lounge and assemble myself, which was very easy to do. The lounge is great quality and looks excellent in my home. I would recommend OZ Design!

Recently bought a selection of new furniture. Staff were very helpful & my order arrived as promised. All furniture was in perfect condition & I found assembly of a couple of the pieces really easy.

We went into the store looking for a table after having checked out a lot of stores first. The store was set out beautifully, with a path around leading us to find a perfect dining table and chairs! We were served by a very friendly lady who helped us from start to finish, even helping us to the car. The store had so many great products (if only we had more money), great service and smiles.

Such fun wandering around the store, we were approached by Natalie H, who asked if she could help. She drew our attention to several lovely lounge suites but the one we settled on was just perfect for us. The pale grey leather was beautiful, with recliner chairs each end. The whole process was a pleasure and now we have a quality piece of furniture on our home. We are so happy!

The store presented well and was well laid out. The staff were friendly and happy to accommodate our request for delayed pick-up. We also asked for a discount and they were willing to negotiated a price that we were very happy with. Our main purchased a timber buffet and we were very impressed by the quality of the build. We opted for pick-up from the warehouse and we found this easy to organise.

Issues with delivery of goods. Difficult finding out where sofa bed was. Store didn't want to locate goods at 6 weeks post order. Insisted they find out when sofa bed was to find it had already arrived in Brisbane. Then difficult getting information on delivery date. Not customer friendly approach.

We purchased a Entertainment unit and console table. Extremely happy with our purchase. Excellent quality and very reasonable prices. The staff were amazing, very efficient and very happy to help. The delivery was on time. Would highly recommend this store.

We purchased a sofa chaise lounge, excellent quality, delivered in packaging but the delivery guys did offer to put the feet on for us. We declined their help and put them on ourselves, but in hindsight it definately would have been helpful to get them to assist as it's quite time consuming.

Really impressed with the quality & styles of furniture available.
Nice big showroom to navigate around.
Husband had no trouble assembling bar stools. Delivery men assembled the table legs and most helpful removing packaging as we were told we would have to do so.
