Our furniture is of great quality and very easy to assemble.

The Marion store is fantastic, love it and all the beautiful products ie home wares, furniture, Nick knacks.
We have purchased a gorgeous live edge table and chairs, Gordon 3 seat leather lounge.
Assembly of the dinning table was a breeze.

My experience was simple. I saw what i liked then purchased over the phone next day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The store i visited is clean and full of beautiful furnishings

The product was on display and described as damaged, Price reduced, inspected and found could be repaired. Delivered in a more damaged state. Self repaired with some modification and fits the original plan for our house.

I love my new bar stools. They are sturdy and comfortable and look great. They arrived at the store before the expected time for me to pick them up. However I got a surprise that they were RTA. I'm sure the Shop Assistant had told me that the stools were already assembled. I couldn't wait to see how they looked in my living room and then there was a delay. Otherwise I'm really satisfied.

Furniture took twice as long as expected to arrive. No communication. Premium Delivery service was terrible - a waste of $140. Furniture was not what we ordered. Lodged a convoluted complaint process to request return and refund. Given 48 hour timeframe for response. Still no reply eight days later despite following up twice. The only positive in dealing with this company was the in Store service. Once they had our money every aspect of the service was shocking. They have retained over $5,000 of our money for 4 months now and still no acceptable furniture, no money to purchase elsewhere. So disappointed. Will only shop online from now on.

Anne was very helpful and accommodating Good quality solid furniture for the price there was not a lot a self assembly makes a change form other retailers

Not near as simple to assemble as I was assured, have managed to get the footstool together and the base of the chair, unfortunately fitting the chair-back to the seat is impossible for one person with only one pair of hands it seems you require several at the one time, so until I can arrange some help I am stuck just looking and wishing I could sit back and relax. Spending the money I did I am very disappointed with with what I have.

not satisfied with quality not finished off inside drawers also outside is not what i would actual buy if i was sighting actual item also no instructions on assembly could not locate legs that were underneath and out of sight on heavy piece of furniture
