Our furniture is of great quality and very easy to assemble.

The store was beautifully presented - a joy to walk through.
The range of products was quite astonishing. All lovely colours and tones.

I didn't assemble the furniture - your team did that in a very proficient manner.

The product was on display and described as damaged, Price reduced, inspected and found could be repaired. Delivered in a more damaged state. Self repaired with some modification and fits the original plan for our house.

I love my new bar stools. They are sturdy and comfortable and look great. They arrived at the store before the expected time for me to pick them up. However I got a surprise that they were RTA. I'm sure the Shop Assistant had told me that the stools were already assembled. I couldn't wait to see how they looked in my living room and then there was a delay. Otherwise I'm really satisfied.

Store was well laid out and all staff were very helpful. The range was massive and we loved the choice.

Not near as simple to assemble as I was assured, have managed to get the footstool together and the base of the chair, unfortunately fitting the chair-back to the seat is impossible for one person with only one pair of hands it seems you require several at the one time, so until I can arrange some help I am stuck just looking and wishing I could sit back and relax. Spending the money I did I am very disappointed with with what I have.

Store is lovely, all of their stock is lovely and we love the lang coffee table and lamp tables that we purchased from the store! The staff are so helpful and very accommodating :)

We found the ideal item on the floor - size, style & manufacture - but it wasn't going to be available for a few months so they agreed to seel the item on display and were very helpful in letting us collect it asap.

We purchased a dining table from Oz design SA. They have a very good range of products with good price. The table we bought was not in store but we found it online and they did the order for us. Shipping was fast. Weekend available. But one of the legs had a darker colour. I took a photo and went to store. They asked me to bring it in and change the leg for me with another one!! Poor next customer. Anyway table quality was great and we paid half price as it was clearance bargain. Thanks Oz design. I will back again to buy other furnitures

We choose the above furniture with a console and a tv unit. Unfortunately the tv unit in store was sold and they had to get another one from NSW. We were told that it would be delivered within two weeks by 16th December however we now have to wait until January which made us very disappointed. [name removed] the store manager has been very helpful but was unable to get our unit delivered within the time frame. Hopefully it will be delivered next week.

Purchased the Manual Tiny Cabinet & it was piece I couldn't stop thinking of & had to have it! James was fantastic from start to finish. top service & will be back to purchase more.

I had seen the coffee table online so went in store to see it and make a purchase. Great range of products and even better when the sales are on. Easily assembled at home.

Range great! The cane mirror I bought was bent in a couple of small areas but the sales assistant said that being a natural material this can happen. I can't really notice it now it is up on the wall.

Store management would benefit from training in regards to professional and friendly customer service, particularly when dealing with returns/exchanges. Sales staff were excellent and very accommodating!

Great range of products at reasonable prices. It was so good to see some different homewares and furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Only negative was Delivery fee I thought was expensive for 2 large wall prints.
