I made the purchase in store. Many fabrics to choose from also colours for the wooden feet of the lounge. The ordering process was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Extremely happy with the new lounge that has added a new look to our home.

I purchased 2 x 3 seater couches, ornaments and a rug in store. The sales staff couldn't be more helpful and the delivery staff were very polite and also helpful. Definitely recommend buying from this store at Hoppers Crossing

Fantastic furniture great quality I love my new table and chairs. The staff in the shop was very helpful and even located a coffee table from another store to match my dinning table. They had the coffee table sent to their store and I was able to pick all my furniture up together. I have bought other furniture from this store and I am always happy with the products and service

I did like this shop but won’t be returning! Be aware when you order an item in, as I did as prints, my order came in and I found out, a day before my landlord has said I was not allowed to put anything on the walls, so I had to council my order I purchased in store which was unwrapped still at the shop, so I was charged $130 cancellation fee, extremely expensive, good for there pockets! they know how to rip off there customers!

Staff were unhelpful, but I knew what I wanted going in. They said would be two weeks, got it delivered in one and a half. The delivery guy was great. Said would be anywhere between 9:30 to 11:30 got there at 9:45. Even helped me drag my old couch onto the street for pickup. The couch came as ordered and has only been two weeks so can't speak about the durability of it. Will update in two months. All round pleasant experience as I was very worried after buying the couch then going online to see these reviews.

Edit: It has now been two months and the couch is holding up strong as it has been getting ALOT of use.

Worst place ever will never get back to you and even though you told them before warranty ran out they will string it out until the warranty runs out then say bad luck now its out of warranty. Never again will i purchase there crap over priced furniture and i make a point to tell everyone i know

We read all the bad reviews so insisted on inspecting our large chest of drawers and picking it up from the warehouse (at Hoppers Crossing) ourselves. Staff Ruth and Merryl couldn't have been more helpful in arranging the inspection and getting it loaded into our car. BTW the packaging of the chest was exemplary.
