Really enjoyed my experience Shopping in store and very happy with our new furniture. Meral at Hoppers Crossing store was very professional, helpful, and efficient. Will return for future furniture needs.

Product range was good. Floor layout doesn’t allow interaction with staff at the billing counter. Staff were courteous overall and helped with our queries. Pricing is a bit high - buying here only make sense when the items are on sale.

Store is easy to walk around, staff are not directly with you, they let you look in your own time. When asked for assistance staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
They showed us display models and catalogue options, demonstrating a wide knowledge of Oz Design products.
We eventually purchased a large round mirror and were very satisfied. The display mirror was positioned to demonstrate how it would look in our home.
We hung the mirror ourselves using the specific instructions provided.

The service at this store is second to none. They don’t hover around you but seem to know when you want assistance. This store should be used for new staff when they are being trained in customer service and product knowledge.

There was a wide range of furniture on display. The OzDesign staff were very helpful and obliging; it was great dealing with them. The furniture we bought met our expectations.

The staff are delightful and are always pleasant to deal with They are very knowledgeable about existing products. They deliver on time at a very reasonable cost.

Meral, the Store Manager is just brilliant. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

The store is well laid out showcasing different styles of furniture and there's an extensive range to suit most tastes. I purchased pieces from the Lawson range in Blackwood, I was very pleased overall. I noticed a couple of small flaws and called Customer Care, it was sorted out for me within a day, extremely pleased with the service in store and with Customer Service.

I'm so happy with my new couch. After looking for ages to find a comfortable couch that gave value for money, I was thrilled when I spotted my spotted my couch across the showroom floor. Good service. Good price. Easy assembly.

I located the chairs (floor stock) I wanted but it wasn’t available in totality. The lady at Essendon contacted Hoppers Crossing and they held the stock out back.
The Hopper’s Crossing Manager was particularly helpful and showed me each piece which were in boxes out back to demonstrate the quality and they were exactly what I wanted.
The product (dining table and chairs) is very high quality and very easy to put together- I put the table together by myself without a hitch. Chairs were fully assembled and well packed to protect the timber.
The delivery team were also very helpful and respectful. They carried the boxes up a flight of stairs and arrived slightly ahead of the time they said they would come.

Visited the hoppers store on a Sunday and was very impressed by the service given by the staff member. Returned to purchase all items as my husband made mention that the service and willingness to help was outstanding.

The store is laid out beautifully, and I really liked all the pieces. I was looking for dining chairs, but having an existing dining table, was unsure if they would go well together, so Jess let me buy a floor stock chair and take it home to see. I then returned it and ordered 8 chairs. They were boxed in a way that I could fit all 8 chairs into my SUV. Simple to put together, good quailty. Overall very happy with my purchase snd will definitely return to buy more from Oz Design.

We were decorating a new apartment and in need of a standout dining table and chairs. We found exactly what we were looking for and even better both the table and chairs were on clearance so we got it for a super price as well. We had excellent help and advice from Meryl and all in all a very successful shopping experience :-)

Store well laid out and the limited selection of coffee tables, we found one that was ideally suited to our lounge. The quality of the table is good, sold and well made. Assembly was straight forward.
