Easy to navigate store, great range and the quality of the tv unit is fantastic. I collected from the warehouse and the staff were extremely helpful in loading and securing my purchase. I collected it myself as the delivery fee of $400 appeared exorbitant

Ours was an extremely easy transaction. Saw what we liked, asked questions of the staff in the store (whose knowledge was accurate and remarkable), measured it and bought on the spot.

Our delivery team helped bring the furniture inside and lifting the heavier pieces. No assembly required. The furniture is very well finished and comfortable. A damaged piece was replaced immediately

Had to wait 3 months for a chair and when we got it home unfortunately it had quite a few imperfections in the fabric. Got straight onto the store who were great. But unfortunately have to wait another 3 months for a replacement.

Very nice range of products and some unusual, attractive furniture that I hadn't seen anywhere else. I was pleased to have my purchases delivered and assembled for me promptly and I appreciated being notified an hour before as to what time to expect delivery on the day. The store was not so easy to navigate but I found what I was looking for with the help of staff.

I pretty much knew in my head what I was after. Walked into the store and it had that relaxed, chilled feel that I wanted for my place. Ended up buying more than I originally went into the store for and really happy with the end result.

Small store but it was easy to navigate it was busy in store so we had to approach staff. Very easy after that and great customer service. The couch was delivered around the time that was advised. Although it was delivered wrong it was quickly rectified. Very easy to deal with and will always tell people to shop there.

We are so happy with our recent buffet purchase which fits perfectly in our living space. Bec and the team at Mornington were a delight to deal with as we popped in several times before making our decision. The team were not pushy, just friendly, relaxed and helpful, taking all the stress out of a big purchase decision! Staff were courteous and helpful. Store was well laid out. The product purchased was of good quality and packaged well. Similar to other quality furniture stores, I would suggest that Oz Design offer optional unpacking and assembly (at an extra cost), as size and weight can be a problem for some. Only disappointment was that the advertised cost was supposed to be on sale and finish on a specific Monday. A week later another sale was advertised with the same product advertised for $50 less than I paid. This is not good promotion of the company or product.

I love the Mornington store. It’s set up really beautifully and the lay out lets you see how you could design a room in your own home. I’ve purchased a few things so far and plan on returning soon. Excellent range of furniture and decor pieces.

The size item I wanted wasn't on display, however the staff were able to show me the one I wanted in the catalogue. They were great, they checked availability and ordered it in for me. I'm really happy with the quality of the product and the service was excellent!

I was in the store numerous times before I made my decision ( I had previously bought 2 other couches from other retailers in 6 months which looked great but were very uncomfortable so I was wary of making another mistake). The staff were always helpful and friendly not to mention patient. I was shown all the different options I had in regards to fabrics and cushions, they also gave me idea's for ottomans. I highly recommend the gorgeous girls at Mornington. Happy to say my new couch looks great AND is comfy!!

I recently ordered a framed print for our beach house after seeing the item in store. The product was ordered for me but unfortunately it arrived with a slight fault. I called the store and the issue was remedied at no additional charge for the courier who brought a replacement print within a couple of days. I was really impressed with how easy the process was and can’t recommend this store highly enough. Thank you!

I purchased 2 items in the Portsea range from the Mornington store. Unfortunately I discovered the buffet was damaged when I unpacked it but the support from the store and Customer Service department I received in getting a speedy replacement was excellent. The replacement unit was throughly checked before it was sent to me and delivered on a Saturday by the efficient and friendly delivery person.
