Pick up was relatively easy from offsite storage, staff were friendly & helpful, bed was easy to assemble. Quality of the bed is very good and overall I love it! Great purchase!

Mornington did not have the a Derwent buffet on display so we had to Narre Warren. We had originally wanted to order the Brookfield but when we got to Narre Warren we did not like the way the messmate wood was compared with the internet photo. So we went back to Mornington to order the Derwent buffet.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the grain on the 3 doors. They have been badly matched up in my view. As of yet my disppointment has slowed me up from unloading my boxes of china and glass to put in this new item of furniture. If I had seen the doors in the showroom like my buffet I probably wouldn't have ordered the item. The top and sides of the buffet do have a nice messmate grain.

Ordered a coffee table in mid January. It was out of stock and I was advised it would be in by mid February. Bec called me to advise that the boat had been delayed in China and that it would not be delivered until late March. She offered me a refund due to this which was professional. Bec kept me informed via e-mail of the status and the able arrived earlier than expected. All in all a positive transaction.

Store display was tasteful and showed a wide range of options. Plenty to choose from. We’re very happy with the quality of our two items purchased. Table extension mechanism is easy and smooth to operate. Our delivery team assembled our table for us - quickly and efficiently and took away the packaging.

The piece was easy to view in the store & the measurements along with the photo of the piece was very helpful.
The piece was ordered on Sunday & arrived Friday morning & we collected it ourselves from the store

We went to the homemaker centre to buy furniture from another store after seeing their product on line. We were limited to space so it was hard to find something exactly right. Didnt like the ones we went for, sales lady suggested we try OZ Design and found it! Ease to order, they called us when it came in and easy to pick up.

My table and buffet were put together my the delivery men and the small buffet and console we put together. It was easy. Very happy with the quality they look beautiful in my home. Lots of choices in store

Good products at reasonable price - great staff. I have bought a few things in the shop and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The delivery of the goods were in the time frame as they quoted.
It is always good to go into the shop for a general browse.

Everything about this purchase was excellent. The help to decide on furniture in store was helped by the fantastic staff. Purchasing large items can be overwhelming but with the staff help when showing photos of our space they were able to give us advice on what would go.
The only downside was there were no instructions on how to assemble the coffee tables in the packaging and whilst I used Google this may not been an option for others. Well done Oz Design, good quality furniture at an affordable price. Would highly recommend.

Shop assistants were beautiful and helpful. Delivery on time. Dining chairs are perfect! They can do with a bigger showroom. Very happy so far with Dining chairs. Will be back.

The assistance provided by Mornington in store was very helpful in all respects, the store layout is very welcoming and attractive. The furniture and other items on display made it easy to select what to purchase. We returned three times and made a purchase each time -dining room furniture, wall art and floor rugs. Delivery was efficient and on time.

Found what I wanted almost immediately upon walking in the store. Slight confusion about delivery but sorted out quickly. The quality of the product is top class. Easy to assemble. A missing bolt ... when I went back to the store and told them, they immediately gave me a replacement. Great service.
