Just wasting time, I paid around 70% of the invoice on the purchasing day but after lots of calls and after 2 months of waiting, I just received some parts and not all. Some have defected, after lots of following up I received some parts and not all again. Seems like they don't care about you at all and just reaping themself. Don't waste your time as seems they have a major stock issue. They pushed me to accept a defective item and when I refused, they delay it even more than 4 months.

Great store, staff were very helpful on purchase and the product that has been delivered is amazing- we love it. The only disappointing thing is that we were told it would take 4 weeks and it took more than 6 weeks to have the product delivered. I had to phone the store twice before they called me to let me know about the delay in delivery. I don't mind the delay, but please keep me informed.

Bought a 4 seater chaise and absolutely love it. The colour is perfect and it's very comfortable. What's even better is that it's Australian made and good quality. We can turn the cushions around to get even wear. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Will definitely buy more from your store in the future. Thank you

I am in the process of re-furnishing an entire house. I have visited this store on many occasions and keep coming back as the staff are helpful without being pushy. I bought 2 x Casa Counter chairs in black leather. I was kept up to date with order progress and notified when they arrived. I picked them up from the store, they needed to be assembled which was easy. Love the chairs and will definitely shop there again

Outside of the service in store which was great, the service at the warehouse pickup around the corner was embarrasing.

Lots of different designs to choose from & fabric styles. The store was very relaxing & easy to wander through, I never felt rushed by staff to make a decision, service throughout was great

I was really with the way the product looks and feels and they are wonderfully comfy. The issue that I had. Was that delivery men didn’t take away the cardboard boxes. They refused. Now I have 3 months worth of recycling cardboard sitting around the house, clogging the hallways and I can’t even appreciate my new furniture because my house is now a mess trying to store boxes and rubbish leftover from the deliverymen. I paid a delivery fee, i bought a lot of items, experienced delivery delays, I expected the cardboard and styrofoam to be taken away.

I have been dealing with this company for many years now and have always been happy with all aspects of their professionalism

The sales assistant at Nunawading was friendly and offered us great service. The store is set out well and we found the item we were looking for very easy.

Your range is great, you can see the quality, and the service is always exemplary, Stephanie looked after me really well. I have not had to assemble any product so cannot comment.

Went in wanting a round table 120cm -came out with the table, nest of tables and a coffee table!!!! Were able to see different colour selections and other items in a different range to compare quality. Table was assembled on site for us. Packaging was left for us to dispose which would have been better to be taken away

Delivery was on date promised and on time on the day and the delivery personnel smart & efficient & assembled the dining table taking away the box & packing material.

I love the nunawading store, they have just done a make over and it looks amazing. We have purchased furniture from Oz Design for about 20 years and love the product. Our whole house is Oz Design.

Great reading chair, looks beautiful and is very comfortable. Also got a couch - unfortunately the underneath fabric was torn when it was unwrapped.

I was very disappointed the quality of the sofa, it is not great. the arms are not solid and dent in when you lean on them, it is like cardboard. The legs are not secure and swivel around. I regret making this purchase and already thinking about selling this and getting a good quality couch from a proper furniture maker. My previous Italian made couch was far superior even after 25 years.

Purchased the Kate 2.5 seater and two armchairs. We weren’t sure about the colour and appreciated that we were able to take the sample fabrics home to look at . Was delivered when we were told it would be and the delivery guys were so professional and helpful.

From the moment we walked into this store we were provided with service like no other. We knew what we wanted to purchase a particular lounge suite and were guided through fabric and foam options without being rushed or pressured. Delivery was prechristmas as promised (even though other stores could not manage this) and we are so happy with our purchase. Oz Design will always be our first stop when furniture shopping. We love being able to purchase quality Australian made furniture.

I visited the store during a sale and saw lots of great furniture. The table I bought is beautiful. Solid and well made it was assembled by the delivery men. When I noticed a chip on the leg customer service very efficiently responded to my email with a very satisfactory solution. Love the product and very impressed with the companies customer service.

It was easy to find in store examples of what I had Seen online and the coffee table and ETU look great.

Saw the chairs online and went instore to check them out before purchasing. Staff were very helpful and chairs we exactly as described online and were very comfortable and for a great price. Chairs were available for pick up within a week and the pick up process was very easy. Some assembly required but we were made aware of this prior to purchase and they were very easy to assemble. Extremely happy with our purchase.
