We found the store easy to browse and had lots of choice. Staff never hassled but were available when we needed them. Once we decided and ordered our sideboard it was ready exactly in the timeframe we were told. Fantastic service and the quality is superb. We love it .

The store was bright, appealing and easy to navigate. The variety of dining suites was excellent. On every occasion I visited the store I was assisted by friendly, knowledgeable and patient sales people who provided information on all the variations which were available.
I am delighted with the product which was delivered earlier than originally anticipated.

I was a little nervous choosing my 2 x 3 seater couches, especially not seeing the couch in my fabric on the floor, but Wayne was AMAZING! From helping me make the right choice in fabric, to the aftercare as well. He has a real attention to detail, which gave me peace of mind. Thank you Wayne and Oz Design, my couches are just perfect!

Oh it’s hard looking for furniture but was made easier at Oz Design. Staff are friendly, genuinely helpful & honest. Showroom well presented making visualising much easier. We were surprised to get our furniture on time (not like other suppliers) & delivery service was great. From start to finish our experience was made easy & pain free.

We bought a TV unit and side table from their Milton Range. Wayne from Nunawading was very helpful and Polite without being pushy. Delivery was made on time and the guys were great and very careful. We were so impressed we went back last weekend and bought the matching coffee table!

Love the store, love the range of furniture and I think the quality of the furniture is excellent . I did not have to assemble it. Delivery was prompt when product arrived however I had to wait 8 weeks which was frustrating .

Loved the range of quality stools found in store and assistant was really helpful to find just the right ones for me and found the right modification option to suit. No assembly was required. Also very helpful upon collection. Really happy!

I went into the Nunawading store yesterday and was amazed at how neat and perfectly set up this store was and quality of furniture. The reason for writing this though was, I was served by a gorgeous young girl who gave great customer service and seemed genuinely happy to be at work (even though it was a sunday) and interested in helping me. It is nice to walk into a store and be acknowledged by happy lovely staff. I had been into a few stores that day and this was the only that seemed interested in helping me and talking to me . I definitely will be back to buy. I highly recommend this store. I applaud the staff and managers.

The store is easy to navigate, although a person using a walker is not able to access all areas easily. They have a great range of products appealing to a wide range of customers. The recliner I bought is so comfortable I don't want to get out of it! It is very well made with quality materials. Assembling it did require 2 people and was a little tricky in some parts but generally easy to assemble. The staff go that extra mile to help without being pushy. Thank you for a very easy purchase.

Love the furniture - ordered the shelving unit for 599 at the EOFY "sale" but was a little annoyed when picking up the unit when it arrived (after the sale was done) that the price had dropped to 499.

Wonderful layout of the store.
It was a flat pack but the brilliant staff arranged for the chairs to be assembled in the warehouse.
