Being in iso I placed an order for a cabinet over the phone to Wayne at the Nunawading store. Unfortunately when the cabinet arrived there was an issue with it which we discovered when removing it from the packaging. This was in no way the fault of the Nunawading store. Wayne was helpful and completely reliable when managing and resolving this situation for me. I cannot speak highly enough of his customer service. Thank you!

The Oz Design sales team took us through the options and showed us examples in the shop based on our preferences. This enabled us to keep the Australian Blackwood streamline design theme for the dining table, chairs and breakfast bar stools.

The in store experience was amazing the furniture quality and design is timeless very solid well finished will last a lifetime. The order lead time was good and I had to delay delivery due to property access which was no issue, delivery and assembly service was exceptional too.

From the time we walked into the store to the time we took delivery the service was excellent. Absolutely love our new couch and love it is Australian made. A+

We bought two chairs which are perfect for the space. Design is great and the colour scheme to match our decor. Great looking furniture collection in store. Our chairs were easy to assemble and sturdy. Very impressed with service, how quickly they came in, and the collection process.

Ordering the blanker box in all sizes was such a highlight for me! I haven't been able to find one big enough and the wait time was right on schedule

Given three week turn around. I had to call over the fourth and fifth weeks to follow up as no one called me with updates. Would have preferred the store call me to advise that my table was not coming. Delivery guys were prompt and did a great job. Table and chair quality is excellent. Still waiting on bench. Was advised will be here in April.

I found the Nunawading store to be great. Lots of furniture to choose from and reasonably priced. I really like the Jimmy Carver chair I purchased and the fabric I chose is perfect.

Ok to navigate store and find products we wanted. Very satisfied with what we found. Disappointed that more discount could not be done on when we bought 12 items in total.
Very disappointed with delivery - told 1/2 shipment delayed - still not received - and the of the 4 products we were told arrived only 3 could be located in pick up point.
Staff were very helpful though.

The store was under renovation but still had plenty of stock on the floor and was easy enough to find what I was looking for. The products we bought look great and we’re very happy with the quality and design.

We knew what we wanted, the staff were happy to help and when a fabric was not available they went out of their way to help choose a new fabric.

We were greeted within minutes of the Oz Design Nunawading store, not quite sure what we wanted but by the end of the 2 hours, we left with a purchase of our most beautiful custom-designed modular sofa which arrived only 4 weeks after the store visit. Ale and Jodie were just the best with their service, gave great advice and tips.
Our sofa is as beautiful as what we imagined and as a bonus Australian made! I’ve never left any feedback on any furniture we have bought but this experience with Oz Design coupled with the sofa we had purchased has made me one very happy customer and I’m rather hard to please, so well done Oz Design at Nunawading!

The Oz furniture design store in nunawading has a great flowing layout. We found our dream couch in 3 minutes.
The sales guy was helpful and maintained a healthy distance and gave us time until he saw that we needed some advice. There was a great selection of fabrics to choose from.
The couch has a reverse chaise which is a stroke of genius and time between ordering, making and delivery was very reasonable.
Due to the limited entrance space we had it delivered partly dissassembled which is handy.
The guys who delivered it were super efficient and friendly.
Not a single complaint from us about service and quality.
